Overall the service is fine, however I felt uncomfortable being in an establishment which allowed an employee (Don Nelson) to work without a mask. They also allowed customers to enter without masks, despite posted signs upon entry stating that masks were required. Another employee (Danielle) had no problem working with a mask.

Accidentally contacted New Smyrna when trying to get information on a vehicle in Apopka. Lou Vazquez was incredibly rude. I explained that it was an accident and that I know where New Smyrna Mullinax is that I bought my last car from there and asked if he could point me in the right direction. He sent me a rude response and a picture of the listing with Its location circled. Yeah, duh, Lou! It was an easy mistake. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice, especially when you work in customer service.
