Engine light on. Took it in to service.spoke with John. They had to replace the engine due to a factory defect. Gave me a loaner to drive. Replaced the engine promptly. John was great with communication and took good care of me. My 5th Ford from Mullinax. Thank you

Mullinax Ford

We have recently purchased a Mazda3 at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach (FL) and it was a great experience. The personnel was extremely polite and "non pushy" at all. Everybody was wearing a mask, which we sincerely appreciated it. The price was clearly stated and the absence of dealer fee was a very attractive feature for us. We had an overall great experience and definitely recommend Mullinax Ford dealership in New Smyrna Beach.

2018 Jeep - no paperwork or plate -repairs needed

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler mid July. I did not physically see if or drive it. They delivered the Jeep to my house. I signed many documents and was assured that I would receive the paperwork and the plate within a timely manner. A couple of days after receiving the vehicle I drove it in the rain and both sides (upper right hand corner of the window/door) leaked. I had to bring the vehicle to a dealer in my area . It is now 4 weeks later, I still do not have the plate or paperwork on the vehicle. I had called and spoke to the sales Manager, Adam and he re-assured me that all of the paperwork and plate would be at my house on August 17th. They would Fed-Ex. That never happened. I again left a message for him on August 18. I am disputing a $5000 charge through my credit card. So not only do I not have the paperwork but I have a 40k jeep that is leaking in another dealer's facility. I have been purchasing cars for many years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.
