Can't say enough about Jack Tuthill our saleman. Jack was a great person to deal with before and after our purchase. Up front pricing is why my wife and I chose Mullinax Ford. The wife and I drove 3 hours to make our purchase because of Mullinax Ford not having dealer fees and other B/S fees. No dealer fees, no pushy salesman, and most of all, no pushy finance guy at Millinax Ford New Smyrna Beach. Very glad we made the drive to purchase our truck from this dealership, it was a good experience over all.

This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Mullinax of NSB. Our salesman, Jack T, was phenomenal. He answered all our questions, and was never pushy or overbearing. He was even patient enough with us to help us with purchasing a new truck over a used one. We do love our new truck, and the better interest rate the manager was able to get. The truck itself, being brand new (2024) had swirls in the paint all over the truck, and several scratches and scuffs in the interior and the exterior on one of the mirrors. I haven’t had the chance to detail it myself yet to see if some marks on the paint will come off or if those are scratches/chips too. I noticed most of them before we left the parking lot with our new truck. Jack asked that we take pictures to document anything else we found. We are waiting to have some accessories installed per the manager for the damage found.

I've bought more cars/trucks here than I ever thought I would. Service is the main reason. While I've had a couple of hiccups over the years, they have always made it right. Just got new tires and an oil change done. They got me in and out quicker than i expected. They kept me updated on what they were doing, made sure I was comfortable, and were professional the entire time. I don't get my cars serviced anywhere else. Sales here are pretty straightforward and there is never any of the "let me go talk to my manager" crap. Here's the price, here's the payments, here's all of the finance options and you choose. They've never pressured me into anything and they were honest when I asked about pricing on certain vehicles. My family and I are now up to 14 vehicles purchased here and we will keep going back.

I was interested in a 2014 Challenger RT and was in talks with the dealership for several days prior to driving two hours to the dealership only to be told the car was sold. I even messaged them 30 minutes before arrival and they didn’t respond to let me know it was no longer available. Very unacceptable customer service.

We started shopping here more than a decade ago and my family had purchased 13 vehicles through Mullinax New Smyrna Beach. The straightforward purchasing was just one reason for buying here. The follow-up customer service has been great. When they made a couple of mistakes, I called them on it and they immediately made it right. Just had a warranty issue on my F150 and they took care of it in less than a day, fixing it and keeping me informed on what was wrong and when it would be ready. Quick Service has also been good, taking care of all of our vehicles and keeping them running like new. I've been to plenty of auto dealerships, even gone to a couple after first shopping here, but I always come back to Mullinax.
