Please note that the below experience happened at a different Mullinax dealership in Florida however they have chosen to completely ignore calls and emails. I can only assume it's a company wide issue since my Mullinax dealership was made aware that I would notify corporate and they actually laughed. Please read any other reviews of mine and see I do not leave negative reviews, however this is necessary. My 2020 Ford Explorer ST had been to Mullinax twice, once for recalls and once for an oil change. A short time after the second service the vehicle experienced an electrical issue and is still under warranty. After two days at the dealership we were notified it was a rodent problem. The dealership could not and would not provide any proof of this rodent problem. They saved the damaged part however the wire is cleanly cut with no damage to the connector or any signs of a rodent chewing on anything. When challenged on this they changed to a possible crash, something from the roadway flying up and cutting the wire and then said it was "probably a small mouse". They told me they saw rodent droppings but could not show me due to the "concealed location" of the damaged part. I asked if a mechanic may have possibly nicked the wire during the prior service, they said I have no proof of that and so it's on me to pay the $750 bill. I explained they couldn't provide proof of their claim and the service manager actually laughed at me and stated that they do not provide proof nor do they have to. With everyone having access to a camera phone it's hard to believe a simple picture to make a customer feel at ease is out of the question when a strange repair is needed. They have ignored emails and phone calls, absolutely terrible customer service. This incident has many more details however due to space I'll leave it at be extremely careful if you decide to use Mullinax Ford for ANY service related issues! Find another Ford dealership that actually cares about its customers satisfaction.

Jack Rissell & Andrew West worked with me to identify a specialized type of vehicle I wanted. Very knowledgeable and courteous. An excellent test drive. While they didn’t have the exact one I needed at that moment, I had a very positive impression and would buy from Mullinax. I especially like the “no dealer fees” approach. The concept of adding 2-4 dealer fees has gotten off the hook at many car dealerships. Importantly, there was none of “what’s it going to take to get you in that car today” pressure. Jack and Andrew are great sales advisors.

Gold Standard

I've been a Mullinax customer for years, both sales and service. Everytime I go for service and/or sales, I am convinced this is the gold standard for dealerships. Great employees who genuinely care about what they are doing and take pride in their product. Buy a vehicle here is super easy and NO DEALER FEE!

My service experience

I was a Saturday walking at the dealership. The staff was polite. My oil service was done in a timely fashion. They recommended some additional service that was due. There was no pressure. It was a good experience.

Great team

Love my van! Worked with Russ to custom order my transit. We had multiple touches, as it took a while for it to come in since it needed to be built. Russ was great about providing status checks, and timely in responding to any emails or calls I sent his way. When Delivery arrived and I was in the dealership to get my vehicle, I experienced a great vibe. The team feels very available to customers with none of the aggressiveness I sometimes sense in car dealerships. Smiles and helpfulness all around. This was a great experience.

Best experience buying a used vehicle

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when purchasing a used vehicle was at Mullinax. The vehicle was located at their Mobile, AL dealership. My salesperson, Michael G., made the purchasing process as pain free as possible. Michael G. got the vehicle transferred to this location, cleaned the vehicle, and had an oil change done prior to my arrival for a test drive. The remainder of the buying process was just as smooth. Thanks again Mullinax.

Professional and Trustworthy!!!

Always, always attentive; they make you feel valued. From sales to the service dept.- run like a fine tuned engine! The quick lane is just as professional. I have traded 6 times in the last 10 years; I have brought 3 friends and family members who purchased. TRUSTWORTHY!

Noise in fuel filler area, every time I turned or

Had a noise coming from area around fuel filler. Could not locate myself. Mullinax found 2 spots causing the problem and did the repair. Excellent service
