I've been a Mullinax customer for years, both sales and service. Everytime I go for service and/or sales, I am convinced this is the gold standard for dealerships. Great employees who genuinely care about what they are doing and take pride in their product. Buy a vehicle here is super easy and NO DEALER FEE!

I was a Saturday walking at the dealership. The staff was polite. My oil service was done in a timely fashion. They recommended some additional service that was due. There was no pressure. It was a good experience.

Love my van! Worked with Russ to custom order my transit. We had multiple touches, as it took a while for it to come in since it needed to be built. Russ was great about providing status checks, and timely in responding to any emails or calls I sent his way. When Delivery arrived and I was in the dealership to get my vehicle, I experienced a great vibe. The team feels very available to customers with none of the aggressiveness I sometimes sense in car dealerships. Smiles and helpfulness all around. This was a great experience.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when purchasing a used vehicle was at Mullinax. The vehicle was located at their Mobile, AL dealership. My salesperson, Michael G., made the purchasing process as pain free as possible. Michael G. got the vehicle transferred to this location, cleaned the vehicle, and had an oil change done prior to my arrival for a test drive. The remainder of the buying process was just as smooth. Had a noise coming from area around fuel filler. Could not locate myself. Mullinax found 2 spots causing the problem and did the repair. Excellent service

I purchased a 2021 Edge ST a few weeks ago and had the best experience with Jack Tuthill, my sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable and there was no pressure. Chris Lee handled the financing and did a great job. He was able to match my credit union rate to save me the trouble of having to do more paperwork with the bank after the sale. I am a retired finance director and spent over three decades in the car business. I had only bought two vehicles ever in my life from a dealership I didn't work at when I bought this one. It's a little unnerving when you don't have complete control over the pricing and the financing but Jack and Chris alleviated that anxiety and made the process smooth as silk. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Mullinax NSB on the future!
