Not happy with the sale mananger bought a 2022 Ram

Not happy with the sale mananger bought a 2022 Ram promaster did not have a spare tire and told them it took them 3 months to tell me i had to pay for one. Was my second truck but will never be back to any of mullinax dearlerships if this is the way they treat customers that spend 40,000.dollars

Kudos to Mullinax

Very happy with Mullinax Ford. Staff was helpful Andrew in sales was especially helpful on getting me set up on the truck's android system, with my smart phone. Ryan on finance also very helpful.

I need a car.

I need a car. A man reluctantly helped me. Spent 5 minutes. Didn’t want to check database for vehicle I’m interested in nothing. I’m shocked. I don’t get it. I was ready to pay cash my insurance company is all set. Is this a woman thing? Never going back!

My parents and I were on an unexpected suv search after

My parents and I were on an unexpected suv search after theirs was totaled by a dingbat not paying attention. After a very frustrating search and driving all around Timbuktu, well what felt like it, we found a great vehicle at Mullinax Ford NSB. We started the process with one sales guy who ended up getting sick. Being a situation of waiting for an insurance check, etc it required an understanding and patient dealership. Mike was our replacement sales guy and was excellent! We started all of this Thursday or Friday of last week and just completed it today (Thurdsay). By the time we got home over an hour away the CAR WAS removed from the website! Kudos to them for not using it as a bait suv! We were very happy with the whole experience.

SHADDY SALES TACTICS

STAY AWAY - The salesguys at this dealership cannot be trusted.....particularly a guy named Michael. No integrity. I drove 2 hours only to have the car I had negotiated on and agreed to buy, sold out 20 minutes before I got there. This never should have happened, as they knew I was on my way and the deal had been agreed to in advance. This place is the reason car salesman have bad reputations.

Mullins’s Ford at New Smyrna Beach is a poor dealership

Mullins’s Ford at New Smyrna Beach is a poor dealership from a sales and service perspective. I tried getting my brand new Ford in for service and was told that it would be at least 45 days to get my GT500 in for service. I talked to John, who was supposed to call me back but never did, and he suggested I use Gary Yeoman for servicing my new $114,000 Ford. This is the second time they did this to me with service. Yeoman Ford scheduled me right away. Thank god for a dealership that is willing to actually do something. I tried buying a F250 at Mullinax recently and they were the absolutely the highest price I talked to. They add $6000 ADMs to every truck. I’ve bought two cars from these guys and will not purchase another one there. What a complete mess of a dealership. Fair warning, take your business elsewhere.
