I've purchased a new car every 3 years since 1980. I have met my share of con men,shysters, and down right liars ! I have purchased at least 6 from Mullinax New Smyrna Beach. and the experience has always been fairly pleasant. I just bought a 2019 Fusion Titanium from a young salesman named Tony Burns. It was the most painless new car purchase I have ever experienced !!!! This guy is upfront,courteous and no pressure. When you deal with Tony you have his full attention. His goal in life is to create a happy customer. and get you a great deal. Do yourself a favor,bypass all the xxxxxxxx and ask for Tony. I promise you it will be a car buying experience of a lifetime !!! Don L

5 month old truck unstable engine
Got a brand new f250 4 months ago and took it back 2 month later the engine seems to be shaking I guess not quite sure wat to call it but I know it’s not normal for a brand new 2019 f250 to be doing only 4 months after I got it ..when I took it to get checked I showed the SERVISE guy a video of the truck shaking on a couple different times... after keeping the truck for a whole day all they could tell me was that there was nothing wrong with the truck ... been a brand new 2019 f250 I would imagine FORD would stand behind its product ... am very disappointed I would imagine FORD would provide all its dealers ships with updated machines to be able fix whatever problem their product is having ..... I would greatly appreciate if next time I take the truck back for service they could fix it

Truck I bought
I was happy with the experience as a whole but they sold me a truck that hasn’t had an oil change since 2016. Not really a big deal but i think they definitely could’ve done a simple oil change and tire rotation on it

Service Not as Anticipated
I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Mullinax. It came with a Ford Certified Pre Owned Warranty. I also purchased an additional warranty that covers over and above the Ford Warranty. Shortly after taking possession of the car, I began to feel a hesitation when I stepped on the gas. There was one incident where the gas pedal was to the floor, before the car proceeded. When I called the service department they told me I would have to pay $100 to have it repaired, or just a diognoses. (Who knows how much it would have cost without the extended warranty.) Mullinax Ford needs to take some responsibility for the cars that they sell.

Waste of time on a black nissan frontier
Do not buy a used vehicle from these clowns. I asked the sales person over the phone if a Nissan Frontier had aftermarket paint. I was told no it was all factory paint. I get there to look at the vehicle it turns out the front grill and wheels were spray painted black. I look under the truck the rear differential has a leak all around it. The rear differential cover looked like it was pulled off a junk car to fix this one. No black paint on it with transmission fluid all over it. A shoddy repair done in a trailer park which you won't find listed in carfax.

Lemon truck
Ok here we go the worst dealer as far as loyalty to there customers.. I have bout 4 cars from them have sent many friends there to buy cars.. And they finally "got" me lol.. Im actually thinking about getting a lawyer involved with this.. I bought a 2013 f150 traded in a 2010 f150 that i traded my f350 king ranch in for anyways the 2010 we traded that in because less than a month having it the timing cam phasers went out due to gummed up oil.. Anyways i reluctantly agreed to trade it in on a 2013 truck that was MUCH more expensive and i asked them about the head rests in the back seat and a second key.. They promised to take care of it and never did so im driving down the road and a ghy flagged me down and i had his old truck... He offered to give me the sexond key and the head rest i was so happy to hear that so went to his house and thats when he told me that the truck i bought he had only had a couple months and they had to give him a new truck because it had been in the body shop more than he had it due to a major rust issue with this truck.. So i figured ok ive only had a it a couple weeks ill go have them them look at it and they said" its no longer under paint warranty" wow ok what a bunch of crap they never disclosed that it had a history of body problems not did they report there own repairs to carfax so it was 100% covered up now my whole rocker panel is falling out and i bet that they will refuse to acnowledge that it had a prior known issue.. That they gave the guy before me a new truck over the same problem.. So elwill was my salesman and some guy named darrel was the sales manager and they act like they had no idea about the issue with this truck however during the sales process it was 100% its an amazing truck the guy who traded it bought another one had it lifted as well and hyped it up big time so tomorrow its going to a body shop to be checked for prior repairs and if so it will be getting a call to the news chanels.. It will be well known that this is bad bad bad business especially someone who trys to stay loyal to them... And with this info they know exactly who i am... Grey mustang gt, f350 king ranch, 2010 f150,, 2013 f150,, my salesman is elwill and i see he also has another issue with not helping to resolve issues.. They awesome friendly ppl till you buy the car then they dont care anymore.. They got your money so thats the goal.. They can care less if you come back or not..... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..

I requested that Don Nelson, the service adviser ask the service technician to put 40 lbs/psi of air in the front tires and 35 lbs/psi of air in the rear tires during the tire check and rotation. I wrote this request on the back of one of Don's business cards and asked him to give it to the service technician. When I got home after the service visit, I checked the air pressure with my own tire gauge and discovered 32 lbs/psi in all four tires.
