I requested that Don Nelson, the service adviser ask the service technician to put 40 lbs/psi of air in the front tires and 35 lbs/psi of air in the rear tires during the tire check and rotation. I wrote this request on the back of one of Don's business cards and asked him to give it to the service technician. When I got home after the service visit, I checked the air pressure with my own tire gauge and discovered 32 lbs/psi in all four tires.

Waste of time
Called wanting to buy a vehicle, told salesman my criteria to buy said vehicle and was told it was doable, then was told I had to had to put down 4000 dollars to finance a 6500 dollar vehicle that was after an hour drive and the said salesman went home even after we told him we were gonna be there and yes I have extremely good credit what a waste of time and engery will never go to any mullinax dealer anywhere

Buying a car made easy by Mullinex
The process of buying the Kia Forte went very smoothly. AJ was great to work with. This is the 3rd car I've bough from Mullinax and they make it easy. The New Smyrna location is the best.

I recently traded in a sedan for truck approximately 30 days ago. I knew I would be paying more for gasoline. In this case, I am paying way more for gasoline. It is obvious that the car manufacturer lied about MPG ratings. The truck has been babied by previous owners. Also no test drive could catch this. I am now seeking to trade this in just 30 days after the purchase. I got a raw deal, period. My fault absolutely, I let them take advantage of me and swindle me into a 19.9 percent loan with Ford Finance. The salesperson whom sold the truck to me will not answer her emails. I have been very polite in them.

Friendly Staff Is An UNDERSTATEMENT
Drove to New Smyrna looking to get into a used Ford Fusion they had for sale. Had a difficult time finding it, but didn't have a difficult time finding help. Within a few minutes of pacing back and forth, I had two salesman help me with my search in the lot. While the car had sold earlier in the day, I will still come back to Mullinax NSB just for the friendly service
