Consistently poor service
We grew up with Ford as our fathers were Ford employees. We are a Ford family, purchasing our first vehicle in 1979. In all that time Mullinax Ford has been our worst encounter with a Ford dealership, specifically their service department. Service lacks consistency and we are extremely disappointed in their level of service. Promises have been made but actions do not follow through. From now on we will go to your competitor Yeoman Ford. Our first experience with them was much more positive than our experiences with your dealership. Maybe you should listen to what your customers are saying rather than blow them off. Chris, hard to call you when your note below doesn’t have an actual number

Best Experience Ever
After browsing different Ford dealerships online, I found Mullinax Ford to have the best prices in all of Central Florida. I sent an email to confirm the availability of the truck we wanted and a salesman responded quickly. Almost all details were worked out either through email or texts and a couple of days later we drove home our new, beautiful Superduty F250! Every person we came in contact with from the salesman to the finance manager to the sales manager worked so hard to get us the best deal possible. We are extremely satisfied with our new truck purchase and highly recommend Mullinax Ford!

Overall, we had a great experience buying a car. We appreciate the up-front pricing and lack of dealer fees. We shopped around and this dealership had the best price. The employees were nice and helpful. We had difficulty getting a tag transferred and were not told there was another employee who could clear it up - we found out days later - that is our only complaint.

Wonderful car buying
Was in the market for a new vehicle, check with several dealers online and could not find the exact vehicle I wanted. Mullinax huge inventory had the model and options I wanted plus there upfront pricing made the buying process a pleasure.

Love my 2018 Escape
The total buying experience was the easiest, most relaxed, and least complicated that I have ever been involved in. I have bought at least 15 new vehicles in my life and this was the smoothest.
