Despite a disappointing start, my experience with Terry and the Mullinax dealership has been quite lovely. I selected a car on a Monday night. Went home to think about the offer - that part of the paperwork had been established. Called first thing the next morning to confirm the deal. Told them I would be in at 1PM after a business meeting to sign everything, and to please have all of it ready to go. Unfortunately, they sold the car out form under my salesperson!!! I was fuming! I arrived later that afternoon to express my dismay - I have been looking for a new car for several months and this was the first car I really liked. So after several other test drives, and a confirmation from the manager that he would get me an exact replacement from another dealer, I reluctantly drove another color car of the same model, with the same equipment. Fell in love with the Edge all over again! I can live with the new color! Drives like a dream and has everything I want in a car. Very fair trade in value for my 6 year old SUV trade. They did everything to make it right, and succeeded.
