F150 truck
My husband and I decided to purchase a vehicle last year from Mullinax NSB. However we were a bit reluctant because we did not know anyone and dreaded the paperwork process. Then we met Zach Jones. Zach made purchasing our vehicle a very smooth process. He was a phenomenal salesman and Mullinax is blessed to have him! When we first stepped on the lot we were greeted with his phenomenal salesman etiquette, genuine smile and utmost attention. During the process of locating a vehicle for us my grandmother who is 92 suffered a stroke so all business was put on hold for a while. I thought to myself for sure Zach is no longer finding the vehicle that we really want since it has been a while since we last communicated. Well needless to say he was! Unfortunately the vehicle that we originally wanted had already been purchased but that did not stop Zach. He continued to pursue the vehicle that we originally wanted. My father was a Ford car salesman and manager for several years and customer satisfaction was always job "one"! By far, the best and easiest car experience ever.
From the time we stepped into the dealership, to the time we left, we felt no pressure. We met with a very pleasant and knowledge young women who had the patience of a saint. We somewhat knew what we wanted, but kept changing our minds about color and options. Terri Metcalfe, our salesperson, was able to show us all that was available, with what we wanted, even willing to find it in another dealer. . Loved the fact of no "haggle" pricing, additional incentives, and no interest financing. Couldn't ask for more.

Worth the drive and flight...traveled 1000 miles !
Very impressed and blessed to meet the people at this Dealership! Purchased a brand new 15-passenger van for a church in Texas. It was worth the trip and the Dealership made sure everything was taken care of and that we made it home safe! "Yes, I'd do it again. Our salesman, Teri did a great job"!!

Excellent Buying Experience
Found the 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid via the internet. Mike, our sales person, was always available by phone to answer questions and there was no pressure finalizing a deal. I highly recommend the dealership.

Dishonest
Dishonest and poor service in the not 'Quick Lane' ! Required service items were not necessary and the techs recommend service that had already been completed.

Bad customer service
Mike Ayversone has no business being in the car salesman field. Working with him 3 days on purchasing a car cash, talked with him @12:30 on the day I would travel 3 hours to purchase car told him I was on my way but wanted to make sure car was still available and he says I think it's still here I'm with someone and will get back with you.. waited 40 mins and called back to get pushed into voicemail at that point I talked with Angle a diff sales person and he tells me he checked with the manger and the car was sold and gone! I am not upset that I didn't get the car I am upset with the lack of consideration of Mr Mike Ayverson has. He obviously doesn't get paid commission and it shows thru his lack of communication.

Traded in 2014 Fusion for new lease on 2017 Escape
Adam May handled my lease trade in at a dealer near me in Ohio and found me the new Escape with the specifications that I wanted.
