This was my second Ford Fusion that I was going to buy. I had a trade in and went to see the new 2017 models. Steve was very friendly and showed me the different models and colors available. I really liked a burgundy velvet color and we "started the process". The dealership isn't a high pressure place, it's very open and "no haggle". In fact they help you with available rebates so you can buy the car you want at the price/payment you can afford. They work as a team to help you. The finance department is no pressure also! It's actually a great buying experience! Steve then showed me all kinds of things on the car. How to navigate the touch screen, adjustments and new gadgets. I was very happy with my purchase and the experience! It was pleasant! When can you say that about purchasing a vehicle?? Even after the purchase, they are there for you to answer questions. Steve gave me his card and said to call him if I had any questions. I'm extremely satisfied, will return and recommend this dealership!

I found the truck online and went out to check it out. A sales rep came out and helped us and answered our questions. The buying experience was very good. I didn't feel like I'd been taken advantage of. We live in Orlando but after the positive experience we had I'd make the drive again in the future.
