bad unorganized dealer

great sales person..gina was very easy to talk to......but i hope she leaves mullimax for a better dealer.as i was and still Not happy with mullimax Purchased a truck from them in aug 2016 and as of today..sept 27 2016 Still no registration!! Ive purchased trucks up and down the east coast for years and Never had this happen!! My advice to mullimax dont sell a vehicle unless u have title in hand..or train your office people better.I will never buy again from them and Highly advise other people not to!!

Great customer care.

Manager

Our company had an excellent experience with the purchase of a Transit Connect for our business In Pensacola. We did considerable research prior to purchasing. Mullinax had the best selection and pricing we found, so we were willing to fly to the dealership in New Smyrna to pick up the vehicle. Someone from Mullinax picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. All the paperwork was complete, so all I had to do was get the keys and drive off. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience.

Best dealership in Florida

Purchased a new Ford Edge from Mullinax new Smyrna beach and couldn't be happier. The no haggle pricing is straight forward and no dealer fees is a huge bonus. You know what you are paying and there are no surprises. I worked with AJ and he allowed me to take my time while making a decision (which took quite a length of time). No pressure, no tricks. Don't purchase from an other dealer if you live in central Florida.

CMax Hybrid from Mullinax Ford NSB

Buying a new car at this dealer was one of the most pleasurable experiences I can ever recall with a dealer. I searched online, sent my paperwork by email in advance of getting to the dealer and it was as simple as exchanging keys for our trade and signing the paperwork when we arrived. My wife and I still had Plenty of time for a dinner out that night driving our new CMax Hybrid. Thanks Mullinax!

Another New Purchase

This was my 4th vehicle purchased from Mullinax Ford. What keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service. It's guys like Ryan Ortiz that help you through the process and explain every step of the way. I bought 3 cars from him in Apopka, which is close to home. Now I've driven to the NSB location just to buy a new F250 from him as well.

Mullinax Ford is like a Hometown Dealership

Mullinax Ford is like a hometown dealership you would find in a small town in the south. They are very friendly and will go out of their way to please you. I had Steve Rocci as my salesman, and Chris Lee as my finance guy. Both are very polite and down to earth guys. I was very pleased to be able to purchase my vehicle from them.

I was disappointed

I have always used a Ford service department for my maintenance needs, having come from the west coast of Florida recently and settling in New Smyrna Beach the obvious course of action when my air conditioner failed was to contact the new dealership. I own a 2003 Thunderbird. The cooling system was blowing cold, but not well enough for our warm summer months. I took it in and was happy to pay the $100.00 required dionostic charge. When I picked the car up I was told I needed a new compresser. This didn't sound right and at a cost of $1500.00, I wanted a second opinion. My son recommend a local shop. In and out within 45 min with the original equipment charged and working at full capacity for a charge of $150.00. I waited several months to write this review, I wanted to be sure the repair was adequate and the cooling system continued to work. After several months during the Florida summer heat everything is in excellent working order. I am still cool and will return to my new found facility. If you do use This Ford dealership for a major repair, I would seek out a second opinion. It could save to upwards to a $1000.00 as it did me.

Outstanding Dealership in Every Way

I purchased a used 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L at Mullinax Ford, New Smyrna Beach. Several dealerships had similar Honda Pilots, but I chose Mullinax Ford because I admired some very important aspects of their business model: upfront pricing and no dealer fees. My sincere thanks to everyone I dealt with there. It was a pleasure to meet Brad, my sales guy, Tom, a sales manager, and Nick, a finance manager. All of them were very friendly, polite and professional. They were very patient, and made every effort to answer all my questions honestly. I received a great deal of information in a fairly short time, and that made me feel very comfortable buying a car there. Mullinax Ford earned my highest recommendation and my utmost respect.
