I traded my 2014 Ford F-150 Eco Boost Platinum for a 2016 F-250 Platinum with the 6.7 L Diesel. I received a fair trade in value and was able to negotiate a good deal thanks to Tom and Ken. I got a good rate on my loan through Ford Credit and was able to keep my payment in the range I had in mind. I got a much better deal than I had been quoted at another Ford Dealership and Mulling didn't play "hide your trade-in" or "keep your keys" games; both of which turn me off and leave a bad taste in my mouth. There were no surprise added cost when it came time to sign the papers.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Mullinax; two personal vehicles and a work vehicle. Greg Wheaton, our sales associated has been phenomenal to work with! Prices are up front, they go out of their way to show you line by line the discounts and prices, so you never wonder about the final price! It has always been a pleasure to go there and buy a vehicle. The best part: the great service doesn't stop after you buy the car! Vehicle service, follow-up, and just a phone call to make sure everything is ok is all part of the total package! The service department is friendly, looks for ways to help save money, and has NEVER tried to sell us something that wasn't required! I can't say that with other dealers we've bought from in the past. Overall, we couldn't ask for a better car buying and maintenance experience! Our experience was outstanding! Terri Metcalfe was great to work with as was her support management. She helped us to locate the perfect vehicle which was brought over from their Apopka dealership. This is the place if you are looking for a no hassle stress free buying experience! The upfront pricing with no dealers fees is a winner along with the trade allowance they provided was outstanding. They have also been excellent in taking care of us in the service department to resolve minor issues with the vehicle. We have purchased from several different dealerships in Central Florida over the past 30 years and this has by far been the most enjoyable experience thus far!

After looking for my car at several Ford dealership websites, and getting discouraged not finding what I was looking for, I was ready to settle on a used Mustang and trading off some of my wish list items. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and while we knew Larry was not going to be available, Ken took over and made us feel right at ease. He answered all our questions and lead us through the process of purchasing the car. Everybody there was very friendly which made the buying experience painless.

My wife and I just bought our first new car,2016 escape, and I was satisfied with the customer service from the time we got there till we drove it off the lot. Our salesman Mike was honest and helpful through the whole process, he even sat down and played with the kids while we were finishing the paperwork.
