Had a great experience in dealing with Greg Wheaton and Nick Mullins. I went in to buy a 2015 Mustang Convertible and found what I wanted. Greg took me on test drive and showed me everything about this Mustang. Great customer service from the whole staff. By the way I drove 2 hours from Jacksonville to buy from them.

After our last experience of buying our new truck, we decided to try a new Ford dealer. A.J. was wonderful! While the other dealership took 8 hours to get us out in our new truck, A.J. had us in our new Ford Transit Van in no time!! We would recommend Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna to all our friends!

Had an approved buyers order that was consumated via e-mail and Internet correspondence. After making the drive to Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach to pay, sign and drive we were informed that there was "an error in the math computations" and the deal could not be made as written and sent to me, approved by sales manager Ryan Ortiz. Also involved dealership GM Daryl Anderson but the would not make good and follow through. It was a classic bait and switch scenario from the old school days in an attempt to get us to pay more or select a different vehicle. Appalled, astounded are two adjectives that come to mind regarding their tactics and method of dealing with consumers.

Very unethical and deceitful dealership. Had deal finalized via e-mail threads with complete written documentation and buyers order. After making the trek to Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach, FL I was informed that "an error in the math" had been made and the dealership was off $6,000 ! This was an old school car dealer tactic used in 2016 by sales manager Ryan Ortiz. I would strongly urge any prospective buyer to avoid this dealership at all cost.

From start to finish my experience was top notch. Both of the Salesman I worked with AJ and Lou both got the vehicle I wanted and also scheduled for the extra item I wanted to be completed when I picked it up. I do a tremendous amount of research prior to making an automobile purchase, and Mullinax always has the best deal for whatever I am looking for. The sales staff is helpful and friendly, but most importantly, you can walk in, take the no haggle upfront price, and be confident the deal will be as good or better as anyplace else without wasting endless hours of haggling.
