I contacted 9 dealerships within a 150 mile range of my...

I contacted 9 dealerships within a 150 mile range of my home in Melbourne, Florida looking for an F150 Lariat. Of course, I was looking for the best out-the-door price including the best trade-in for my 2009 F150. Of the 9 dealerships contacted, three did not respond to my email, four needed to hit a grand slam, and three were inside the ballpark when it came to pricing. Two of the three kept playing the "standard games" that most dealerships play. I've been buying cars for over 40 years and was not interested in "game playing." Then came Mullinax and Larry Airhart. It was a pleasure dealing with Larry. No playing games, no bull....just straight forward answers and a "great price" that both his dealership and I consumated a good deal. Mullinax in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Larry Airhart would be highly referred by me for anyone who may be interested in a Ford. Need to also mention the General Sales Manager was also a true professional and not someone who was only interested in "the deal."

Mercedes ML350

I really do not enjoy going to car dealerships because sales people make it such a miserable experience. I am glad to say that Bipin made this an pleasurable experience. He was not pushy was very respectful, personable and funny. All of the other people that I encountered through each step were all the same way and I would recommend this dealership to anyone for the same pleasurable experience. Thanks!

WOW, that is all i can say. Tim went above and beyond...

WOW, that is all i can say. Tim went above and beyond helping us by our used Edge. He even came threw on all that we asked of him (detailing, phone follow up, and paperwork). I would say this was by far our best experince buying a used vehilce to date. Great job to Tim and his sales manager for a wonderful buying experince.

Jim went out of his way to help us find just what we were looking for! He showed us vehicles at other Mullinax dealers and was very efficient closing the deal. We were extremely satisfied with our dealings with Jim and are happy to have their service so close to home!

Jim Adams was very direct, and never once gave me any xx about the price of the car I bought. His approach was clear...here's the MSRP, here are all the discounts, here's your net price - everything spelled out to the penny, and there were no surprises when I came to pick up the car...same exact price he quoted me via phone & internet. I dealt briefly with another dealer in the area before going to Mullinax, and you cannot imagine the difference in the experience. I would certainly recommend Mullinax to anyone shopping for a car, and would have them ask for Jim Adams.

I purchased a Certified Preowned 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid...

I purchased a Certified Preowned 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid vin 1FMCU49HX8KD90196 from Mullinax ford New Smyrna beach Fl. I am highly disappointed in the condition of my vehicle and worried about the quality of the 169 point inspection my certified preowned Ford Escape Hybrid received by Mullinax Ford New Smyrna Beach. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks here are some issues that should have been corrected during the 169 point inspection prior to sale. The brakes are worn down metal to metal and the rotors are gouged beyond Ford in service limits. Big safety issue. The Tires are a discontinued brand from a manufacturer with numerous safety recalls. The vehicle needs 3/8 of an inch of left counter steering to keep it going straight down the highway. The vehicle has repaired accident damage even though the sales staff said there was no accident history on the vehicle. Since Mullinax Ford missed these big safety items on the 169 point pre owned inspection, I would be reluctant to bring it back there for repairs. I would like to bring this vehicle to my local Ford dealer Greenway Ford Orlando who has maintained my other vehicles for over 10 years without any quality issues. A copy of this letter has been sent to Ford Corporate and the regional sales staff.

At Mullinax Ford, it is our goal to ensure complete satisfaction from our customers. We strive to give our best each and every time because we truly value relationships with our customers. We brought Mr. D'Arcy and his Escape back into our service department to correct any over sight we may have possessed. We found that his brakes were at 90% and his tires were brand new, with no safety issues. We replaced the tires and rotors for his convenience. We apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused and were happy to help.

Our Fusion is the 2nd vehicle purchased from Hans. Both transactions have been pleasant experiences and we will continue to deal with the dealership (and hopefully Hans) in the future. After our first purchase, a used 2005 Freestyle, we began using the Mullinax service department and have found it to be very professional and well run. Visits to the dealership are always pleasant and everyone we come in contact with is courteous, friendly and helpful. If there would be any complaint about our recent transaction it would be the length of time it took to complete the paperwork on the day we picked up the vehicle. We were there for over 2 hours. We don't buy cars very often so perhaps that's normal but it seemed like a pretty lengthy process. Certainly I was happy with the deal we got or we wouldn't have bought the car but I didn't mark the "price" as great only because as a consumer I'd always like to get a better deal.

My experiences working with sales and service have been excellent through the years. My family has bought 2 vehicles from Pete. We have had service done on other makes and models there, Kelly and Mark Kisch have always been helpful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends in all areas.

I had my truck in for body shop repair ,before truck was...

I had my truck in for body shop repair ,before truck was repaired they gave a price on trade in, after truck was finished they would not stick with there price , quality of work very poor .emblems on fenders didn't match , paint work showing thru different colors ,areas on replace parts not painted. would have like to by new truck from by they wouldn't stick to there word . fit to finish poor . Mullinax Body shop did repairs.
