Great service, great salesman

I had a very good experience at Mullinax Ford in NSB! The salesman, Hans Gruber, was the difference in making it a really good experience. He was very friendly and not pushy at all as I looked at several new Fords. He asked me all the right questions and gave me every answer I was looking for! I would recommend this dealership and Hans to all my friends and....I love my new Ford Escape!

Great service , up front and honest . Hans , is a honest man to work with , he goes out of his way to help you ! We have bought trucks and vans from Mullinax and have always been happy with them . That is why we go back to Mullinax when , we want a new one and will do the same in the future !

I've had my Focus in twice in a year for service....

I've had my Focus in twice in a year for service. Both times I had issue with the repairs. First was when I purchased tires. One of them was installed wrong side out. The service said everyone is human and the tech was having a bad day. They corrected the issue but his answer was xx. Last week I took the Focus in again for a blend door issue. When I got is back the defroster controlled the air to the vents and the vents would not work in any other position. I took it back the same day and asked the service manager if the service tech was having a bad day. He did not have an answer except to say the tech said it worked correctly when he was done. I told him flat out the tech lied. He had nothing to say. I told them they've no attention to detail and no quality control. I drive 50 miles for my service but that may change. On the other hand, they have serviced my truck with no issues.

After just a few days with the car, I had to bring it in...

After just a few days with the car, I had to bring it in to have the bumper fixed and repainted - a clip was missing when it was built. They provided a rental and the repairs came out fine. Other than that all went well and was hassle free..

best car buying experience EVER!

I dread buying cars, but this experience was super easy and they were no hassles. I left other dealerships that day, but walked out of Mullinax Ford with a brand new explorer. There were no surprises and it was very easy to work with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car! I will certainly go back!!

The Best Car buying Experience EVER

I wanted an SUV, but had not thought about Ford. I was looking at Honda and Toyota. Both places were playing the "car game" with me--and I walked out on both places. My sister told me about Mullinax Ford and said that they were a "no hassles" kind of place. She was RIGHT! I walked out of there that day with a brand new Ford Explorer!! I would go back in a heartbeat. They were up front with their prices and there were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!----Sarah Scott I walked out on Honda and Toyota because of their sales tactics, but I left Mullinax Ford with a brand new Explorer. They were a no hassle place and there were no surprises with the prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a car. I will go there for my next car before going anywhere else.

Talk with John online and by phone. I own a business and was unable to go to the dealership. He met my price, we made the deal then they delivered the truck to my place of business. It was GREAT. I will be buying another one from them in the fall.

I knew I wanted a new Ford truck but was not sure exactly what I wanted. I spent a couple of hours on their website and wow what a help. I could see what the various options were, various truck sizes were, how the paint combinations look. I could even change combinations and see how the price was affected. I finally made a decision on exactly what I wanted, called and got the deal in the works. Ken Heedum was very knowledgeable, pleasant and bent over backwards to help me. We looked and looked to find the exact combination of extras and paint job I wanted and found it. While the deal was being worked out I realized I needed 1 more option and Ken stopped everything and found the truck with that option in it. I just mentioned it I didn't even ask him to do it! Everything went so easy! Ken went over all the financing and I chose exactly what I wanted. (NOTICE THE OVERABUNDANCE OF I IN THIS REVIEW? This is because that's what I got was service I wanted and a truck I wanted, help I needed and financing I wanted.) When the deal was done Ken stayed after closing to help me SYNC my new truck and go over all the options for me. I actually passed up the Daytona Auto Mall Ford dealership for Mullinax and I could not be happier. My father even bought his truck here. I would recommend Mullinax and Ken Heedum to anybody. You will be happy with them.
