Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach

This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. Got a great deal on a great car and in and out in about an hour.

I dread buying cars, but this experience was super easy and they were no hassles. I left other dealerships that day, but walked out of Mullinax Ford with a brand new explorer. There were no surprises and it was very easy to work with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car! I will certainly go back!!

I wanted an SUV, but had not thought about Ford. I was looking at Honda and Toyota. Both places were playing the "car game" with me--and I walked out on both places. My sister told me about Mullinax Ford and said that they were a "no hassles" kind of place. She was RIGHT! I walked out of there that day with a brand new Ford Explorer!! I would go back in a heartbeat. They were up front with their prices and there were no hidden fees. Talk with John online and by phone. I own a business and was unable to go to the dealership. He met my price, we made the deal then they delivered the truck to my place of business. It was GREAT. I will be buying another one from them in the fall.

I knew I wanted a new Ford truck but was not sure exactly what I wanted. I spent a couple of hours on their website and wow what a help. I could see what the various options were, various truck sizes were, how the paint combinations look. I could even change combinations and see how the price was affected. I finally made a decision on exactly what I wanted, called and got the deal in the works. Ken Heedum was very knowledgeable, pleasant and bent over backwards to help me. We looked and looked to find the exact combination of extras and paint job I wanted and found it. While the deal was being worked out I realized I needed 1 more option and Ken stopped everything and found the truck with that option in it. I just mentioned it I didn't even ask him to do it! Everything went so easy! Ken went over all the financing and I chose exactly what I wanted. (NOTICE THE OVERABUNDANCE OF I IN THIS REVIEW? This is because that's what I got was service I wanted and a truck I wanted, help I needed and financing I wanted.) When the deal was done Ken stayed after closing to help me SYNC my new truck and go over all the options for me. I actually passed up the Daytona Auto Mall Ford dealership for Mullinax and I could not be happier. My father even bought his truck here. I would recommend Mullinax and Ken Heedum to anybody. You will be happy with them.

Buying experience was so good! Everything went quickly & nicely. Only problem I had was with a warranty problem that Ford was difficult with; not Mullinax & it too was eventually resolved. And of course Bipin was a delight!

i previously went to a different ford dealership and got all the game playing and dishonesty that many of us have come to expect. i'm glad i waited and bought from mullinax. no stress, an honest pricing, no games, and only minimal pressure to purchase add-ons. almost unreal. i would never recommend the other dealer i went to i couldn't recommend highly enough mullinax.

My experiences with Mullinax Ford has always been very great, thats why I always return to their dealership to buy a car. I have brought three new cars from Mullinax. Your sales man Bob Bieker was very knowledgeable about the car I chose and very courtous,thats why I come back to Mullinax Ford. Bipin waw extremely helpful in helping me choose my new Escape. He was very considerate in trying to find and purchase the Escape, as the first model I tried I did not like. When the next model was ready he made sure I was happy with the ride before I purchased it, and then worked with me to get the best price possible. He called and checked with me to see if everything was all right and that I was happy. He came to my house with the final papers so that I did not have to drive to New Symrna Beach.

Suffice it to say that Larry Airhart was my salesman and he was OUTSTANDING. Informative, found the car loaded with my preferences etc--in quick order I might add. He was very tutorial in a educational manner on car pick up. Mike, from Finance, was OUTSTANDING as well as he informed me of Finance Options --both are extremely pleasant to work with--both extremely knowledgable. Mullinax's interface with the customer is truly exemplary and, relative to Yeoman's ,your competitive brethren, you easily trump them. So easy to compare that the next time I'm in the market, I doubt I'd even return to them. And, I'll be using Mullinax's Service as well now. Bill Minor
