Service department is great no issues. The sales manger and the sales people are the most unreliable and unprofessional people I have ever met. I tried to get an issue resolved and potentially trade in for a new car. It took a whole month the get someone to finally respond. To make things worse when I showed up for my appointment with the manger he was not there and no one knew anything. I wasted a whole month waiting for the manger. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past. We would have one more. After this I will never come back and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and untrustworthy the dealership is.

The customer service was bot inviting.
The customer service was bot inviting. The lady taking my money didn't even speak to me. The guy that did my intake just left the bill and my keys at the desk. I wasnt allowed to use debit to avoid the fee, even though it was stated that it was an option. My car had oil/grease on the seat and the floor. I was disappointed in being treated so indifferent. I had to request the video of the oil change. I wasn't able to see what was happening before I paid for the service.
