Service department is unqualified and lacks in all areas
Service department is unqualified and lacks in all areas of customer service. We have had our 2024 jeep in 4 times in the last 2 months and it’s still not working properly and can’t find the problem. What makes it worse is they try and blame us and or say there don’t we a problem although our engine light is on.

Don White's does not refuse to provide answers to any pricing question; we actually provide detailed listings on our website. When you visited, you informed us that you had a code for pricing and wanted pricing on multiple vehicles. Sounds easy enough. All we needed was your pricing code so that we could provide the correct pricing you requested. You said you didn't have the code and but wanted us to give you copies of our factory invoices and we reiterated we would need that code to get the correct price. Lastly, you informed Myles that you lived in California and was only here visiting someone for the Easter weekend. Please send me your code to ian@donwhites.com and I would be more than happy to provide you pricing. Don Whites does not provide shipping options to California so I can not provide that information. Purchased a vehicle brand new vehicle 2020 Ram 1500
Purchased a vehicle brand new vehicle 2020 Ram 1500 limited Crew Cab. Customer service was good, however, only to sell you an extended warranty that is not applicable to real world scenarios. As such, the car requires repairs that brings me to a Dealership for service. In that, they only provides rental reimbursement for $30/day, moreover most dealers do a diagnostic that may take 3 days before getting to the vehicle. At this time you are left without a vehicle. Why would they sell me an extended warranty🤷🏽♂️ it defeats the purpose. Another problem faced with this warranty is they only provide a limited hourly mechanical rate for serviced repairs. NYC hourly rates $180/ hour (not covered) you pay excess. Even when u finally get a rental car NYC rentals are ($50-125/day), they come short on reimbursements. Another issue, illinois dodge shop charging me $180 per diagnostic issue which the claim is standard. Its questionable that this is covered by the warranty! BUYER BEWARE! Once u buy these vehicles you encounter the regret!

We recently took our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Don
We recently took our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Don Whites for a cylinder missfire,the service advisor told us later that day that we had a bad head gasket and was allowing coolant to leak into the spark plug tube,she advised us they were waiting for the third party warranty company (which was purchased through Don Whites) to inspect and authorize the repair,when i asked about a loaner vehicle that was part of the warranty she replied as soon as the warranty company approves the repair they can issue one.That was on Feb 15th,as of Feb 21st i still hadnt heard anything,i reached out to my service advisor and she was trying to contact them,the next day i was told they were instructed to do more diagnostics by removing the cylinder head for further inspection and if the claim was denied we would be responsible for the $1,560 dollar diagnostic fee,i was furious and contacted the service manager where he proceeded to tell me i read it wrong and i was free to take it somewhere else if not satisfied.After working out the details and the service manager admitting i was miss quoted i authorized the removal of the head,still no loaner vehicle.Over the weekend after reading the purchase agreement i remembered the Jeep was a certified pre owned that carried a 7 year 100k mile warranty from date of original purchase,when i brought that to the service advisors attention she looked it up and said "how did we miss that".Not knowing how long it would take i requested a loaner vehicle and was told they didnt have one available,after being without it for 2 weeks.The Jeep was finished the next day and i was told i had a $100 dollar deductable which under any other circumstance i would have been happy to pay,i asked if they would deduct that and they said they could not,upon getting it back the following day i checked the coolant and engine oil levels only to find bolts not tight,intake tube clamp loose and several cable ties broken and not replaced,i took pictures and forwarded them to the service advisor,she said she would show them to the service manager and he would contact me.To date i havent heard from anyone.This was one of three Jeeps we have purchased from Don Whites in the past three years,i cannot say enough great things about the sales team,even though we had our own financing they were fantastic to deal with and are very convenient to my work,but im sorry to say i wont be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.

This dealership sold me a 2016 grand caravan three years
This dealership sold me a 2016 grand caravan three years ago they even showed us where the spare is located and how to get to it. Well fast forward to tonight we are driving down rt 13 thru Delaware and hit a debris field on the highway blowing out a tire when I go for the spare it's not there, so I call the dealership while waiting on a AAA tow truck and they "Don White" inform me that they come from the factory without one and it's now an option to which don't you think that should have been something they should have told us and the man I was talking to said it's not there job as salesmen to inform us this. A spare tire an option I can't believe this. Stay away from these crooks!

I purchased a used Grand Cherokee on 9/5/22, and on
I purchased a used Grand Cherokee on 9/5/22, and on 9/6/22 the infotainment screen went up. I took it back and was told the unit had to be replaced. The service department Had my car for 2 weeks putting in the new screen. I used the Jeep all winter long with no problem, in June of 23 I turned on the A/C and it made a loud hissing noise. In July I took the Jeep into the service department to see what was wrong. Let’s just say the Service department is the worst. I was told so many different stories from James over a period of a month and a half that it made me confused. It cost me $473.00 for them to tell me they added Freon and did a leak test. I got in my Jeep and turned on the a/c and it still made the loud hissing noise. I walked back into the service department and told James the hissing was still there. He told me to drive it for 2 weeks and he would make an appointment to test it again for leaks? ( I paid $473.00 for a leak test) I drove it for 2 weeks and the a/c did the same thing. I took it in after the 2 weeks for them to test the a/c and an oil change. I waited 3 1/2 hours and was told my Jeep was ready. I asked what was wrong with the a/c, and was told I’m sorry we never got a chance to look at the a/c we just changed your oil. I was told I would need to make an appointment and leave my Jeep so they could check it out. I dropped off my Jeep and asked for a loaner, because my extended warranty allows for one. I was told by James that he could not give me one because he was not sure it would be covered. I waited for 3 days ( no call from James) I called them and was told that they found a leak in the condenser and they would have to remove the dash to replace it. I asked about the loaner car and was told oh we don’t know how long it will take to get in the part and you only get 5 days on loaner. I was told the part would be in over the weekend. (It was not) I called back on Monday and was told the part could be in but James was not sure, he would check and get back to me. I asked about the loaner car and was told not yet! I was done at this point, so I called the warranty company and talked to them about my claim, and was told the dealership should have called them about the delay with the part because they would give 10 days with the loaner. The person from the warranty company said he would call James. He called back and said: oh they have the part and a loaner car for you to get today. I waited for a call from James which I never got; so I called him and was told come get the loaner car. I went to get the loaner and ask how long it would take to have the work done. I was told not sure. They had my Jeep 12 more days with excuses why it was taking so long. I called James and he told me my Jeep was done come pick it up. I turned in the loaner and waited for my Jeep. It pulled up I got the keys and started it up and turned on the a/c and the hissing was as loud as before nothing had changed. I walked in and ask James what was going on because the hissing was still there. He walked out to the jeep and said ( oh, but the a/c is cold) Once again he told me to drive it for awhile and see what happens. I left the dealership and traded the Jeep in 3 days later for a car. I did this because I never wanted to deal with Don White’s ever again. I have purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime and dealt with a lot of dealerships, and Don White’s is the worst of them all. What ever you do think long and hard before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
