Had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Hopkins. Very friendly and accommodating. I had a few issues and he solved them promptly and gave a few incentives that made it all better. I left today a happy customer.

I viewed the website inventory - a couple of days later I walked in met Kelly - told him I saw a passat sel sport online - he got the keys I test drove it - started the paper work and was I out - that's it.. Ok the paper work took a minute but that's everywhere - I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a VW - Sam

From Pa. we have been searching for a station wagon, diesel, manual shift with under 20,000 miles. Tried to do a deal local and couldn’t agree on numbers. Online search turned up 2 at Burlington VW. After a few back and forth calls and emails Christian Cerrone was able to make the numbers work. Drove to Jersey yesterday and they had paperwork and vehicle ready to go:) in the door at 9 and test drove and we were on our way home with new vehicle by 10:00 a.m. Christian did everything he told me he would and I would happily purchase from Burlington again! Very nice people! We love the car and averaged 50 miles per gallon on the way home. We are happy!!!

KELLY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COULDN'T BE NICER THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CAR AND THE SERVICE I RECEIVED..

Like I said. If you go there, ask for Kelly. You'll leave happy in a new car!

They only want to show you payments. No real numbers. During my visit the number shifted dramatically all of sudden once I pointed out the total of the payments was way too high. Also the internet sales team promised things the actual sales team could not deliver. Things like this happen, but they handled it terribly. The staff was very annoyed and acted like the misunderstanding was my fault when it was their employee who emailed me the wrong info. Never an apology, never any attempt at guest recovery. I can not recommend dealing with them.

Just stopped by to check out a Beetle. Took it for a spin, that's all it took. Manager Chris and salesman Kelly are very good at what they do!

I've bought several cars from Burlington VW. I feel like I've always gotten a good deal and had a good customer service experience. Kelly and Chris worked with me this time around and were great! I wasn't necessarily looking to trade my Passat in but Chris called me up and convinced me it was the right time. I went in that night and it was an easy process to get my new GLI. Kelly was awesome to work with and Chris helped everything get done. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Chris and Kelly.

Every time I come in to get serviced on Kelly always talks to me real nice I've only seen him a couple times but he's been very helpful and I'm considering trading my vehicle in and getting something new
