Never again

I am sorry I bought from my sales person! I have no one to go to answer the questions we have about the features on our XTS, as our experience with our sales person went to xxxx after we made the purchase. He got his money then we were nothing. I do not like the vehicle because of the issues with the salesman. I usually purchase a new vehicle every 3-4 years, but never again from this dealership and most likely never another Cadillac! However, the service dept., has been the best I ever dealt with!

New CTS

Mike Dewey was our salesman and he was excellent. Listened to our needs and didn't waste our time. Unfortunately, the buying process is still cumbersome, but I don't think that is the fault of the dealership. Kristy in service has also been wonderful. Very accommodating and the facility is friendly while waiting.

Checkout Tropical

I'm usually nervous when it comes to buying a new car. My experience with July Finley and the buying experience put me at ease and went smoothly. I would recommend Tropical Cadillac to others when looking to purchase a luxury automobile.

Find the problem and fix it.. Don't drain pockets!

A year ago, I initially went to tropical Cadillac bc my car speed just dropped down. I was on my way to work, all of a sudden the message board indicated that the "engine speed has been reduced". Instantly my car speed dropped from 40 to 20mph. I called tropical Cadillac and cautiously drove my car to their dealership. I got helped by Chad who is quite gregarious. He help get me a loaners car while my 09 Cadillac CTS got worked on. Long story short, the mechanics did an awesome job restoring my car normal functions. Overall, that experience met my needs. I start of by mentioning the positive bc I'd like to give credit where it's due. Ok, my not so good experience was this year 05/2015. I was assisted yet again by Chad now for another issue with my car.. My AC was only blowing warm air. Chad told me the diagnostic test charge would be $118. I agreed. The mechanics were searching and haven't found anything. So, Chad said they'll just going to recharged my AC and my AC was back in business.. But only working for a Month. I went back to tropical Cadillac and complained about the same issue they didn't fix. They took my car back. I waited for a while Chad came by and said they found nothing... 15 mins later Chad checked in with me and said they're still searching... Finally, by the 3rd check in, Chad said they found a little leakage and it's going to cost apprx $400. I was frustrated that Chad was trying to make me pay yet again a diagnostic fee for them to search for the same culprit. I told Chad I shouldn't have to pay when if I'm here for the same issue period. He ten argued that that's their diagnostic fee and wouldn't budge on waiving the fee for something their mechanics didn't fix in the first place. I was upset, I didn't agree to paying the diagnostic fee but stressed that this consistent issue be solved! Chad bickered about my profession and how the dental field is similar dealerships, which I didn't appreciate. It was completely left field, irrelevant comment. I say in the lobby to wait, Chad insisted that u had to pay for another diagnostic fee to check for the same issue they never fix in the first place. To my saving grace, the head mechanic noticed my frustrations and said I wouldn't have to pay another diagnostic fee for the same issue I was in for just a Month ago. Like come on Chad, did he really have to bring that to your attn? It's customer service one on one! If the customer is back for the same problem don't charge for diagnostic's charge for the new problem noted on the vehicle. Also, please don't argue back and forth. Well, another long story short, Joe, a service rep came to help and explained & iron some things out. Pretty much was doing damage control bc of Chad's poor service. Later, Chad came by my way to rap thing up with me and apologized for the miss understanding. I told him he's usually good but I guess everyone had their day. Leave it at home or out the door. Bc there are many other places I can go. This location is 5 block from me but I wouldn't mind driving far for better consistent service.

Used car Purchase

On Saturday 4/25/15 I purchased a 2006 xxx at Tropical Cadillac. The buying process was effortless, Mr Scott Olds addressed all my concerns from the trade in price of my old car to obtaining me the lowest interest rate for my new car. The staff at Tropical Cadillac treated me and wife with respect and listen to my concerns, I would buy another from this dealership. Overall rating: excellent

Very happy I bought my car here

I am not really a review writer but ..... What a great experience. I started my relationship with Tropical with a phone call after seeing a car posted online. Now, I am not an easy person to make ANY sort of deal with but I was able to come to agreement with my salesman Matt and his sales manager over the phone before I made the 40 mile drive to the dealership. I was greeted at the dealership with all the paperwork ready to be signed and the car being cleaned up for me. I looked over the car inside and out. Of course no car is perfect but Tropical took care of any minor issue that I found with the car. They really seem to go out of their way to make you happy with your purchase. The closing/delivery, or the pressure room as I call it, was anything but pressured. Andrey actually stayed after closing time, explained things to me very clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything all the way through the paperwork. Some of the minor flaws I found with the car, I had to come back at a later date to be fixed. When I did, They once again really went out of their way to keep me comfortable while my car was worked on. My repairs were going to take a couple days, so they gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. When the work was done they had a driver bring the car to me instead of forcing me to make the 40 trip again. Very considerate. I have been very impressed with the degree professionalism and customer service from Tropical Cadillac. Car buying can be stressful and even a little emotional. Not here, they have really nice cars for decent prices with excellent customer care before, during, and after the sale.

Great dealership, friendly people, great purchase!

Purchased a used car from the dealership and the car was everything they said it would be, smooth transaction, descent trade in amount on my car, everyone was happy.

Great buying experience

We have purchased four new automobiles from Tropical Cadillac. The entire staff treats you in a professional, friendly, and very helpful maner. This dealership is one of the best and a real pleasure to do business with. When we are ready for our next new car it will be another Tropical Cadillac.

Great dealership to deal with.

I had my SRX serviced at Tropical and always had a good experience with the service department. When I decide to purchase a newer SRX my buying experience was just as good. The sales department did what ever it took to make the deal I wanted. Tropical Cadillac is the only dealership I'll deal with.
