My salesman was Matt Rode

Matt was friendly, helpful and very low key before the purchase. Since we bought the car from him we have called him many times with questions about the Cadillac Cue system. He has always been patient and has always solved our problem with a smile. He is terrific!!!

Easy process!

Did the deal, including trade, from Ohio. They overnight end paperwork with a return overnight envelope. The next time I was in Bradenton, I delivered the trade and was on my way. Matt Rode and Scott Olds worked with me interchangeably and are very professional.

Great People

They made the buying experience really easy with no pressure and got me the perfect car I was looking for and at a great price. I will definitely go back there again when I'm looking for my next new Cadillac.

Best Car Dealership

I was so impressed with the all of the folks at the dealership when I purchased my XTS that I went back to this dealership, even though there are two closer cadillac dealerships to my house, to puchase a SRX for my wife. Matt and JJ are extremely knowledge, fair, and easy to work with during the buying process. Andre, the business manager, was proficient and freindly with processing all of the paperwork. All of the service people have been extremely helpful and any work was completed when they said it would be. I do recommend Tropical Cadillac to any considering the purchase of an automobile.

Great dealership

I have bought 3 SRX's from Tropical, two from Matt and I have had a great experience all three times. The warranty service was done quickly and i was given a nice loaner car for the day.They were easy to deal with during and after the purchase and they went out of their way to give me the deal I was looking for.

Cadillac CTS V 2012

Bought a new CTS v , during first 50 miles transmission had a vibration through the shifter in 5th. Tropical brought back in service , was in service three to four times about 9 days. They stated they didn't know what was wrong and waiting for GM engineers to get back to them. I called and called and they refused to do anything.. Never did service manager talk to me. The service rep out front was useless. She was just a puppet . I called GM they sent me to Coast Cadillac, was greeted by service manager, he had transmission out and repaired in 5 days.. Tropical Cadillac does not care after the sale, I went to salesmen and he did nothing also.. My experience was awful and would never do business there..
