Lexus

Bought 35,000.00 car online without physically seeing I. I depended on Olivia the sales person to be my eyes. Outwardly the car was fine. The inside smelled an d was not detailed to my satisfaction. When I contacted her I expected her at the lease to tell me to take it and get it detailed. Instead she said I should expect a used car to have deficiencies. Not a 2017 Lexus RX 350.

Great Service

My fourth car from Maplecrest

This is the fourth car I purchased or leased from Maplecres Ford in the last 15 years. It has been 8 years since I last purchased or leased a car. I just turned in my 2011 Escape with 253,000 miles. If the service department wasn't so efficient, I may have had to buy 8. Good job Jim, Jerry, Mike and Brett. I have always been pleased with the services at Maplecrest Ford. I was especially impressed with the service i recently received from James Skuraton. He was very knowledgeable and found just the car I wanted. He made the leasing process headache free. He took a lot of time explaining every aspect of the new car to me. It was quite a learning experience for me and he was very patient. James had a thorough knowledge of the product. The Ford product has come a long way since the antique I was driving. Thank you James and Maplecrest for taking such good care of your customers. It is the reason the I and my family keep coming back. Kudos to James and Maplecrest. .

Friendly , Energetic & Easy to Deal with

Olivia is very knowledgeable and works hard to get the deal done , Really did not spend a whole lot of time getttimg a deal done , Even when I went into Finance with Marie , She was Great Very Efficient at all aspects of the dealings

routine maintenance

Brought in my F150 for 10,000 mile maintenance - oil, filter, rotate tires and general inspection. Work was completed as promised within one hour. Past experiences have been just as good with this dealership.

Service

I was told my first three oil changes would be free because they never told me my NEW car was a demo and had 5,000 miles on it. I just got my first oil change Saturday and the guy say he?s just the messenger and charged me over $50.00.

Hello Thomas, Congrats on your demo purchase! That means that you saved a lot of money! Our customers love them. According to our records we called you the next day on March 31st and refunded you the $48.95 that was mistakenly charged to you. This is because on this January 1st, Maplecrest changed the first free oil change policy. Since you purchased it before that you were owed that back. So I believe this should be resolved? Worth the road trip!

Took a trip out to Maplecrest ford after locating the car of my dreams. The salesperson james and Marie in finance made me feel at home and in a comfortable environment. Down to earth people, Was expecting the usual dealer sales pitch that everyone hates and it was the total opposite. Very impressive very professional Very prompt service Thanks John

Great Experience.

Great dealership. They didn't try to add on any silly fees. Everything was on the level. I would buy another car from them and recommend them to friends and family.
