Over all a nice experience. The counter people were informative and polite. The truck seems to be running well. The job was completed timely. I would have liked to pick up my car cleaned. It would be like walking out of the dealer with a new car/truck

COUNTRYMAN

Charles Countryman was awesome. He was professional and knowledgeable and his good natured attitude made me feel at ease going through the process of buying my first car ever. Everyone should go buy a car from Charles! Everyone else that works there was great as well. It was a very friendly environment. DISHONEST

Where to start? Charged for repairs that were covered under extended warranty purchased from the dealer. Unable to perform correct repair after many, many attempts. Tried to upsell parts that weren’t needed. Falsified invoices pertaining to mileage on vehicle.

Dear Dominick, Thank you for your review. After a two-hour face to face meeting with you, I'm honestly surprised at your takeaway, but now realize what a complete waste of time it was. Your statements of “caught in lie after lie” and accusation of "falsified mileage” reinforces my decision to not publicly address your comments. Your statements are in fact, lies. Maplecrest is powered by humans and we are not perfect. That said, WE DO NOT lie or deceive anyone, regardless of what you may think. During our meeting you mentioned every other Ford dealership within a 15 mile radius, stating you had done business with them all. And to my luck, you found me. And now I know why. I am certain you have tried to do business with other Ford stores but eventually you pulled the same type of shenanigans until you were no longer welcome. And sir, you have worn out your welcome at Maplecrest as well. I’ve read the reviews on your business, and now I know why you find yourself without a single employee and doing business from a PO Box. You’re not a nice person and you have little to no business sense. I’m proud of the reputation my business has earned and I stand by it everyday. The professionalism of Olivia was great. I had a question she answered it quickly. There was times she wasn’t in that we were able to talk. Very reliable.

A Great Experience...Start to Finish

Olivia was incredibly personable, attentive, understanding and really made the entire experience pleasurable. I also had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, David, who provided me with a truly welcoming impression from the first call till I was able to connect with Olivia. The Finance Manager took the time to thoroughly explain every detail and determine best options for my situation allowing me to walk away extremely comforable with my purchase. The Sales Manager also introduced himself and expressed his concern for my satisfaction. I will certainly recommend Olivia and this sales team to anyone I speak to that's looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
