Charles our salesman was a great help.

They were helpful works with you. Made sure we was happy. Customer service was beyond amazing. Charles was a great guy does his job very well

Great Buying Experience

Wonderful experience. Salesman Frank and financing person (Debra) could not have been nicer or more professional. Didn't have to play the "Let me go ask the Sales MGR." back and forth game. One we agreed on price, Frank took me out to the car, paired my phone, showed me how to operate all the features, etc. I have not had a salesperson do that in a long, long time. Picked this dealer because of online reviews. Highly recommended.

Car Buying Made Easy

 1 review 9/25/2017 My experience with Charles Countryman at Maplecrest Ford couldn't have been any better. I contacted Charles with a very vague idea of what type of car i wanted. He listened to my needs and sent me what he thought would be a good fit. I fell in love with the second car he suggested. Because i live far from the dealership, Charles helped me over the phone through the loan application process. Once all of that was complete, i made the 2 hour drive to the dealership to pick up my car. Charles met me there, offering me and my sister snacks after our long drive! He made the signing process as quick and easy as it could possibly be and helped me set up insurance online. We were in and out in about a half hour. Who knew car buying could be so simple?! Charles is knowledge, thoughtful, and truly wants the best for his customers. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable car!

Easy, no pressure experience

I visited Maplecrest after another local dealership and was happy I did. Micky was a fantastic salesperson and was able to work with me on my trade-in and purchase of a used Explorer. Micky was friendly, engaging and has a great sense of humor. I enjoyed my purchase and felt I received a more than fair deal. He was willing to work with me and listened to my financial concerns. At the end of the day I drove off in my "new" car and I'm still happy with my car. I'll definitely be back to Maplecrest and Micky the next time I'm in the market for a Ford.

This was my 2nd vehicle purchase in 2 years. James was actually working with me on a Sunday when the dealership wasn't even open. Great dealership from top to botrom.

Easy, Good Deal. Good Service

In pricing cars, I did some work online and then went to a few dealerships. I knew I was not going back to the last dealer I used (Fette Ford: The WORST - dishonest and very shady). A friend suggested I call Dave Vorcheimer at Maplecrest Ford at Mendham, I called Dave and told him what I wanted. He didn't waste my time and gave me a great price on a car that I wanted. I came into the dealership and worked with Micky Hendrick, who was fantastic. Mickey took care of ending my other lease, notifying my Insurance company and showing me the car. I really appreciated David Cozza being clear and patient in explaining what I was signing. I would recommend Maplecrest Ford of MENDHAM to anyone. I am glad I did not let my bad experience with Fette prevent me from buying another Ford.

Worth the trip

I have purchased 2 cars from Maplecrest Ford. One in 2013, and one in 2015. The people are so friendly and helpfull. I know I can call service, and speak to Will; Mike; jim, about any question I might have, let alone making a service appointment. Their techs are so knowledgeable. When they work on your car they come out to talk to you if they find a problem, and explain it in ENGLISH, not AUTOISE.

Upfront & Honest with NO Pressure

My salesman, Micky, was very helpful and very patient with me. My first meeting with him was as a walk-in and he was relaxed and answered my questions honestly. Never a bull answer or the typical car salesman question - how can I earn your business, or what do I have to do to earn your business. I hate those question because if a car salesman doesn't already know the answer to this stupid question, they should choose a different profession. He gave me time to shop other Ford dealers as well as other truck manufacturers. As much as he may have wanted to give up on me, he didn't. He earned my respect and business. Great job, Micky, and thank you again!
