"actually enjoyable"

EXCELLENT!! I picked the make & color and Maplecrest did the rest! Micky was very fair & honest. I hope everyone could have this experience. Go Ford! They made buying a car actually enjoyable and at first I dreaded it. You will not be disappointed. :)

Very professional

James was great to work with along with being extremely professional. He did an excellent job and is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells. He went over the car and showed any features that the car had without being bent on a sale.

Ignored

Those who were busy acknowledge me and said hi. Maybe that's why they were busy. Others looked my way, but didn't approach me. I looked at a car in the lot. I sat Ina car in the showroom. I stood there for ten minutes waiting for help. I'm wondering if there's a new technique where salespeople don't approach you as fast as they used to. Perplexed.

Exceptional attention

James listened carefully to our needs. He was highly professional and comfortable to work with. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and will continue to use the service center in Mendham.

Wished I found Maplecrest Ford sooner!

Dealing with the crew at Maplecrest felt like a family gathering. I will certainly deal with them again along with recommending family and friends to Maplecrest.Thank you for special ordering my car to my specs! My new 2015 Mustang GT is a hoot!

Treated me like family!

I happened to find this dealership by chance searching for a 2015 Explorer Sport. They had the vehicle in stock and basically worked out a deal over the phone. I was completely satisfied with their offer so I took the approximately 1 hour ride to the dealership. I was impressed with the look of the dealership...it looked like a quaint little bed and breakfast sort of with a nice inventory of vehicles out front. Everything was so clean, neat and organized inside and out. Even before I walked in I was immediately approached by Rich Colazzo and welcomed to the dealership. He showed me the truck I was interested in and since we've already done the negotiating over the phone we immediately sat down and Rich took me through a very through explanation of the features on the vehicle some of which I wasn't aware of. During that time I was also introduced to Marla Keenan who was very helpful to me over the internet service they provide and my thanks to her for all of her help relaying the information. I then sat down with Charlie in finance and he thoroughly explained what each form was so I knew what I was signing and during that time I was greeted by David who was the one I actually negotiated the deal with and the final price. The whole experience was amazing in that everything went so smoothly and quick. There was none of the usual stress, tension and aggravation that I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. I'd have to say, this was actually a pleasurable experience and Maplecrest of Mendham will definitely be my go to dealer for my next Ford vehicle.

Wonderful and easy car experience

Charles Samons and Charles Countryman were both honest and easy to work with. They helped my parents choose the best car for me. It's nice to go into an honest and pleasant dealership!
