I walked into the dealer not expecting to buy a car but ended up trading in my car for an SUV. It is low mileage and just what I wanted. No pressure and my salesman was awesome. I highly recommend Maplecrest Ford of Mendham!

I wanted to take the time out to personally thank Brian McHugh for everything he did for me. I honestly probably drove him nuts because I'm extremely picky as to what I want. He was very patient and very understanding. I went to my local dealer here on Staten Island but Brian had the very exact vehicle and color I was looking for. He made sure I got the very best deal and I'm so thankful for that. I decided I would take the a little more than a hour drive from my home. So glad I did. I was treated better here than the other dealership. I would recommend ANYONE to this dealership and that's not a lie. Everything was done over the Internet and phone. No bait and switch tactics which MOST dealers do. Everything was honest and straightforward from the very beginning. No games or lies. Also, a huge thank you to Charles Samons. I had a 6:30 pm appointment to take delivery of my truck. My 2016 Ford Explorer Limited was detailed, paper work was all done and ready to just be signed. The absolute fastest car buying experience ever. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Both men were outstanding! Thanks again for everything.

Charles was great. Quick to get back to me with info. and came through on his word to give me the best deal even though I was working with two other dealerships. Worked hard for the deal without being pushy. From test drive to negotiations, to paperwork to car prep, to car tutorial and driving off the lot in just over 3 hours. Have dealt with 4 dealers in past 10 years and this was a record.
