Great service

The visit with Steve Fisher was professional and efficient. I like the way his area was personalized... it was like we were doing business in a living room. The rest of the place while clean was very plain.

Exceptional service from Joey Fouts

Mr. Fouts was the collision center estimator to assist me, and I wanted to single him out and sing his praises. Throughout the entire time my car was being serviced, he went above and beyond and everywhere in between to keep me updated on the progress and let me know what to expect from the experience every step of the way. His professionalism and can-do spirit was especially inspiring when considering it is fast-becoming a lost art nowadays. I would recommend your collision center to any family or friends specifically because of my experience with Joey Fouts.

Great employees

Jeff Bomwell. He takes excellent care of me. He makes certain that I am always satisfied with my service. Others at your store were not as good to me. Also, your greeter Miles is always incredibly friendly and personable. These 2 men are the reason you get all my business.

Awesome Service Dept at Coconut Creek Infiniti

The service department at Coconut Creek Infiniti took care of all of my needs in a very timely and professional manner. Steven Fisher is awesome and because of him I will pass up on service at 2 of my local Infiniti dealerships to drive and get service at Coconut Creek!!! You guys are truly number one for a reason. Sawgrass and Fort Lauderdale, take a few notes from Coconut Creek.

Super experience

The Service Advisor, William Garcia, was excellent. He was extremely courteous, professional, kept me fully informed regarding all matters, and had my interest paramount - he was great! Also, I was very pleased with the overall staff, the facility, and the quality of service. In my many years of using numerous auto dealerships throughout the country for service, I would rate Infiniti of Coconut Creek as the best!!!
