Great service for a minor repair!
I went in for a screw in my front tire and was given first class treatment. The appointment time was exactly what I requested, my wait time was minimal and the service rep courteous and prompt. Who could ask for more? I held on to my Lexus so long bec of the outstanding service I always got and was reluctant to recently trade it in on my Infiniti....I am real glad I did!!!

Ok so yesterday I called my service rep explain that my shift knob it damage. He told me to come by so he can take a look. Within 5min I'm there talking with others he called me and said your car is ready. Wow! They replace the knob no charge and fast. Great service all the time. That's why this is my 4th infiniti from coconut creek..... Keep up the good work. Cary Barrett

Great Service, Steve took great care of my G37S.
Brought in my 2010 G37S for a warranty issue as well as some new brakes. Steve took care of me and was extremely easy to deal with. I put gas in the courtesy vehicle before I returned it and Steve waived the additional gas charge from my bill. He was very helpful and courteous.

Awesome service with care and concern
These people really have customer service at its highest level figured out. I have been going here for several years and bring all my vehicles here for repairs and service. I've also purchased 2 new Gs here and am already looking at the new Q. They make you feel like family and the answer to any request seems to always be yes. Mike Crowley, the service director, will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied and Jeff knows me and my family by name and even helps me with my daughter's Altima when she's in town from college. They even have a body shop that does excellent work. You can go other places but you'll never match the service and attention to detail at Infiniti of Coconut Creek. Why go anywhere else?

I recently had my 10yr old G35Coupe service. Steve, my service consultant, was extremely engaged in my red deuce coupe's repairs. Steve called me several times to update me on the progress of this major service visit. The car is 10 years old and has been serviced by this fantastic service team for every one of its 121,000 miles. Here's to another 120,000 miles with this service team.
