The people were friendly, the facility was clean even though they had repair work going on. Service was very helpful and quick. The salesman, Ralph, was always willing to help.

Oil change / Service
What I really like about Infiniti of Coconut Creek is that they are not pushing you to spend what you don't need to do. My last service specialist was Jeff, he did mentioned some issues on brakes and belts but said it like it was with no exaggerations to pressure you to do it right away when it is not really necessary. This is why I keep coming, good service, all of my major services are down there to keep this beautiful machine going on. G35, 66000 miles on and runs like new, great car. On facilities my grade is unfair as they are in the middle of a construction. I'm sure it will look great once it is finished. Lastly I also bought my car in this dealership about 5 years ago. Great service.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Infiniti of Coconut Creek. From the sales experience to financing, and all the times I have been back for service, it's definitely a store that I will look to do business with again. I forget the name of my salesperson, but Gabe in finance was very helpful, and Saleem in service is great; they always call me when I'm due for service and offer me a loaner car.

Service Above and Beyond
Since I only came in for my first (complimentary ) oil change , I expected cookie cutter service.When I mentioned to Dave Cardullo that, although my bluetooth was working,it would not access my address book . I also told him that tech support had told me that the function had been tested with an earlier software than my phone carried, he insisted on trying to solve the problem. He worked on it for ten minutes and solved th problem. BRAVO!! Sheldon Kawut
