Mark is an EXCELLENT person. It made my experience the best I could dream of. My fiance and father were very impressed with him. Before IOCC we went to Lauderdale and Sawgrass the customer service was not impressive. We knew once we had Mark it was top notch! Thank you again Mark!!

Good but very expensive service.
Loaner car and car wash are a nice service. Steve Fisher does a good job - always available and helpful. Quality of repairs is good and communication is good.

Great service
I went to coconut creek dealership for some car maintenance service and as I Spanish speaker , I needed a Spanish speaker car consultant. I was assisted by Jenry Garcia . He was very courteous and kind and explained to me all future service action needed.

Great service
Jeff one of the guys at the service desks has been taking care of me since the begining. He is informative and honest and does not akt like a used car salesman. Also one of the lease mgr's ( i forgot his name) is always very nice, always comes up to me and ask's how everthing was going. I have been driving Infiniti's since infiniti of coconut creek opened, and will continue doing so as long as i'm treated this way.An efficient service dept. is a deciding factor as far as i'm concerned when it comes to choosing a dealership.

Superb service, awesome team & waiting area
I am totally happy that Will Garcia has return to the Infiniti of Coconut Creek service advisor team. His dedication to provide first in class customer service is and always will be superb. What makes Infiniti of CC service department always shine is the entire staff team. He is more of the reason why I go to Infiniti of Coconut Creek for my car service needs... From the other service advisors (who always greet you with smile and willingness to help), to the beautiful young ladies at the check out counter :)... to the repair shop (making my car safe and fun to drive), and most important to the Service Advisor Manager, who remembers the customers names, what car you drive and remembers what other Infiniti car your spouse drives :)... You can immediately tell just by sitting back and watching the team work, the service manager is the anchor of the team.... interacting with team members and customers; all in all with no sense of pressure or frustration. An example of how a team should and always operate...
