The service dept. works very hard to please.

No place with this many employees is perfect. But when I have had an issue with an individual, management has provided the right assistance and the issues have been addressed.

Happy Customer

I am very happy with my most recent visit/service at Infinity of Coconut Creek. I knew I needed new rears tires for my G35S 6MT so I visited Tires Plus first and they estimated it would cost me $600 with alignment. I always had a preconception that tires would be super expensive at a dealer but I called Infinity anyway. Not only was Infinity cheaper they had the Hankook tires I wanted whereas Tires Plus did not. I ultimately decided to get all 4 tires new with alignment and it barely cost me more than what Tires Plus was going to charge me for 2.

Brian Yellin

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Will Garcia. It was fast, efficient and pleasant. The waiting area was clean comfortable and appreciated the beverages. I a also appreciated the service provided to me by Goldbert Burton regarding how to operate my GPS system. My salesman Mark Retzkin was very helpful when I leased my car, as well as the follow thru after the completion of the transaction. He recently referred me to a place to get my windows tinted, at a $60 savings.

Excellent Service Again!

Nash is an amazing service advisor. He is very professional and thorough! I will buy another Infiniti just because of how wonderful the service team are to work with. Kudos to Nash and the service team!

Everything great, sales, service, and Mark Restzin

Sales and service great. No complaints. Only good things. Follow ups great. Professional and friendly and competent. We love coming there. Fast service and we like leasing cars there. Good Service

I walked out of the dealership with a brand new car and saved on my monthly payments.Couldn't ask for anything better thanks to Gerald Desilva.The staff was nice,friendly and definitely provided excellent customer satisfaction.Mr.DeSilva promptly understood my concerns/needs and made it work for me to where as I am extremely happy.I have been leasing from IOCC since 2006 and this was by far my best experience ever with Mr.DeSilva.TX:-)
