Never Buy an IPL
well where do i start... the salesman up-sold me to an IPL convertible from a G37. Here is what he told me , its a rare car... the IPL is a performance line that rivals Audi S or BMW 3. it holds its value great and we only have one in stock... I made the biggest mistake of my car buying life... this post will be taken down by the dealer because the truth hurts. The car is terrible.. the exhaust noise never goes away, the seat belt system is horrible and it is always getting twisted and rarely retracts by itself so it gets caught in the door... over any bump you think the car is coming apart, and oh did I mention and exhaust drone that never goes away and not in a good way...the transmission is a piece of crap, and the car doesn't perform like any performance car i ever had before. Although the radio is good! I am disappointed that infinity would put out a car that was so over hyped...but more importantly that the dealer would so misrepresent it.. Shame on me for not doing more research. There is more not to like about this car but that is enough for today....No stars for you!!! I also tried to get out of the car after driving it 4000 miles i called the salesman, he said they would buy it from me for 53000 when I took it in they offered me 40,000 paid about 63000 so much for holding its value!

Amazing Customer Service!
I have been a long-time customer of Infiniti of Coconut Creek, and my opinion is their level of service is unparalleled compared to any luxury dealership in South Florida. Testimony to this is that I bought my first car there in 2006 and when I decided to trade-in for a new car in 2012, I went back to Infiniti of Coconut Creek to make the purchase--and believe you me, I shopped around looking for justification to buy elsewhere. As a customer who is very religious about getting my car maintenance done timely, I ultimately knew that where ever I bought the car would be the same place I'd have it serviced. And boy am I glad I stayed loyal to IOCC! Not only was the car buying experience pleasant--which in and of itself is so difficult to find--the Service Department is an unsung hero for standing behind the product and delivering top-notch care during my routine maintenance/repair visits. The knowledgeable staff has been friendly, informative, and attentive to my timelines. I honestly can't think of a single bad experience during my 6 years of doing business with IOCC's Service Department..From the calls to schedule the appointments, to dealing with the service advisors (e.g., William Garcia), to the check-out process, I feel listened to and valued as a customer. The complementary (inside and out) car wash is a great token of appreciation provided after every visit. My recommendation is to try Infiniti of Coconut Creek and see what it is like to get outstanding customer service. Perhaps buying or servicing a car for a little less will steer you to some of the "lesser" Infiniti dealerships; but, when you consider the cost of lost time, stress, rude service, upsells, and possibly shoddy mechanical work, why wouldn't you go to IOCC to take care of probably your second most expensive investment?

I contacted the collision center at approximately 3 p.m....
I contacted the collision center at approximately 3 p.m. regarding collision repairs via my insurance claim. The received my vehicle that same day and I was out of the office by 5:15 p.m. with a promise that I could come back and pick up my vehicle a week later. Exactly one week later I was back at the collision center collecting my shiny vehicle and one would not be able to tell that it had ever been involved in an accident. I mainly dealt with Heather and she was very professional, courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend Infinity of Coconut Creek Collision Center for very well done collision repairs.

Lynda was great! It was refreshing to work with a sales person that actually listened to me and addressed my needs, wants and concerns. She educated me on what was available and did not try to push me into anything I didn't need. She personally called me after the sale to see how I liked the car, if there was anything I needed, and to thank me for my business. I would recommend Lynda to anyone looking to buy a car!

I take my Ex35 to be services and Will in service...
I take my Ex35 to be services and Will in service department was my services guy, he was friendly attentive and provided me with great services. I buy an Infiniti not because of the car that much but because of the awesome service i get when you bring your car in for services, My previous car was also bought at infiniti and the service was excellent at all time. I would recommend Infinit at coconut creek to any and everyone.
