I had a terrible experience, When I arrived to the

I had a terrible experience, When I arrived to the dealership, one of the salesmen tried to sell me an old vehicle and he had to walk around with me in the dark of the large parking lot to try to locate the vehicle that I had called about. The salesman never located the vehicle and I had to leave. They waisted my time and never showed me the vehicle that I had driven for 30 minutes to see.

I enjoy my new Infinity

I went to service my QX50, I end up leasing a QX50s. Mike was very kind, patient, and professional in helping me making my choice. He is a wonderful and exceptional salesman. I could say I had a very good experience. The process was quick and satisfying thanks to Mike.

After providing details to my sales associate Ralph by phone, he was able to provide a perfect fit at a fair price in a very short time. My personal experience with Infiniti of Coconut Creek has been excellent from the purchase, and the service depart. I definitely would recommend this dealership. Denni Ulloa, my Service Consultant is always available whenever I call with an issue concerning my vehicle. Great explanation of what is needed to solve the problem.
