Mr Herb

"Moe" Nadar went out of his way to find a vehicle that fit my needs. He spent loads of time until the deed was done. He spent a great deal of time to explain all the "creature comforts" of my new car.

Very good serve , Alex was very helpful

Service apointment with Steve Sellick

I am writing this review because of the very personal attention the service representative - Steve Sellick - always provide. This time it was unusual annoying noise while I have been driving new Q70. Steve Sellick instead of the placing the car at the stand always want to understand the issue by himself. This time he was making the road test by himself before placing the car at the shop. Just a few hours after I have been already driven my car with the great pleasure. The problems were fixed.

Go see my guy, Naseem. The Best.

No need to mention my few bad experiences. I don't go there unless my guy Nassim on duty. He will make you feel welcome every time. Best in the business. Leased 3 cars from this place.

Leaks in 2015 convertible and terrible customer service

I purchased my 2015 Q60 convertible brand new from this dealership. Two months ago I noticed major water staining on the headliner and found that the hard top was leaking. When I asked the service writer if there was a known issue (since they have not offered another convertible is 2 years), he advised no. However when he informed me that the seals needed to be replaced he confirmed that the entire seal kits were reconstructed. That indicates that there was in fact a problem even though no one wants to admit it. Upon my attempt to pick up the car, the door and door jam had grease from the technician and the headliner still had water stains. I had to leave the car a second time to have the headliner replaced. Now after each rain, I have moisture inside the car indicating that something is not correct with the seals. Totally unacceptable service which still has not resolved the issues with my car. .

A perfect match....great car, great dealer

I found some cars to look at on Cars.com. I went to Infiniti of Coconut Creek and met Martin Greenberg. the test drive was thorough, the buying process as painless as I've ever had. I will go there for my next vehicle and would recommend to anyone to check them out first

10? Years With This Dealer and I'm Still Happy

2003 Q45 which I loved passionately. It was suggested that I speak with Mike Stevens. Mike stole the show and from all his awards in his office I can see why he came highly recommended. I hate the back-and-forth negotiations, but Mike made it a smooth process. Thanks to Lily McCoy for doing the title transfer and all the paperwork in such a speedy and efficient matter. Last but not least, to my surprise I inquired about the old Service Manager I used to deal with all these years....and low and behold I was informed that MIKE CROWLEY was now the owner. I am so very proud of him and it showed me that the INFINITI family is a strong unit which shows "character and room for growth from within it's own". So, I guess I am going to be stuck with this family for a long time...WHICH IS A GOOD THING!!!!
