Easy and quick
Leased a QX30 Stephen was the person who went over all the details of the car with my wife while I did all the paperwork. Whole process was about an hour. Easy to work with and will buy from them again.

Great experience -- transparent process and deal
The sales team at Infiniti of Coconut Creek were super easy to deal with and worked with me to get my wife into a new QX30. I knew it would be a great vehicle for my wife, but couldn't even get her into the dealership. So they let me have an overnight test drive, and once she drove it she loved it. I was on a tight budget as other vehicles we were looking at were not luxury brands. They worked with me and we got to a very good number that allowed us to get into a new Infiniti... and we love it. Highly recommend this dealer.

Oil change & Belt replacement
Anthony Cabrera did a great job of getting my 2012 G37 an oil change and a belt replacement. He also had the car washed, and it looks brand new!

I am excited to share that after visiting many dealerships, I finally found the right dealership, Infiniti of Coconut Creek. Not only did they have a extremely generous array of vehicle and amenity selection but the customer service was unparrelled. We had been searching for the right SUV and decided on the QX60. The experience working with Infiniti Of Coconut Creek was very satisfying. The best part of the experience was working with the team at Infiniti. They made you feel like you were family. Service appointment
This time I brought my Infiniti QX60 for unexpected service. The problem occurred with my case transfer. As always I service all my cars with Steve Sellick. He is the best and he proves this again. Standard service would require to pick up the car in 4 days. I got it next day afternoon. Steve supervised the order for the part I needed to deliver overnight by himself and notwithstanding he was off next day I have picked up my car all over repaired. Great service.
