Lincoln Sentry West Shrewsbury, Ma

Everyone was so helpful and nice. This is my second car I bought from them. I was so happy with the first purchase I bought years ago..service maintenance and sales, that I went back for my new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

70k and going strong

MY 2011 MKX is in near-new condition, in part, due to the excellent maintenance it has received.

No Hassle!!!

It was time to lease a new vehicle and since we’ve purchased one in the past for our daughter and most recently my wife leased a 2018 Mazda CX3 I decided to check out the CX 5. I saw Nick on a Sunday afternoon and decided on the CX 5 Sport. From there the process was quick,painless and easy! Thank you Nick and thank you Sentry West!!!

Fantastic Dealership

The best car buying experience I have had in many years. Nick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions throughout the entire leasing process. His follow up was - and still is - exceptional as well. The dealership is sparkling clean and everyone we came in contact with was friendly, polite and respectful. This is our second Mazda from Sentry and we are very impressed with the reliability and driving experience these vehicles offer. I highly recommend this dealership as a first stop in any car buying process.

Wiper blade issue.

Called around 3:30pm, problem with wipers, Jim told us to bring the car right in. Back on the road by 5. Can’t get more accommodating than that. And they washed the car! Superb service!
