Every aspect of car buying and service at this place is phenomenal. The staff are all incredible. All were nice, friendly, kind, and attentive. Our salesperson, Blake C, was very attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and wasn't a pushy salesman. He stayed late into the evening, as we test drove the vehicle we ended up purchasing, twice in the same evening. I drove it 1st, and I wanted me wife to drive it as well, before deciding to purchase. The finance person, Greg M. stayed late as well, and didn't rush things. Given that it was late, dark, and very cold outside, we didn't get to thoroughly inspect the outside of the vehicle. There were a few things that the salesperson pointed out, that we probably wouldn't have noticed, and he indicated they would take care of them. I just can't say enough good things about the entire Toy Barn crew!

Awesome cars, awesome people.

Awesome cars, awesome people. Great selection, easy process, worked hard to get me and my family out quickly even with our infant son with us during the paperwork. I love my new Supra!! Will be back for my next ride!

Excellent customer service, made a first time car buying

Excellent customer service, made a first time car buying experience incredibly easy and from out of state no less. I was walked through every step of the way and felt I was in good hands throughout the entire experience. Likely won’t be my last purchase from here, 10/10 would recommend.

Still waiting! Four weeks and counting. I am still waiting for my paperwork and Title and money.

He used intimidation tactics to try to cover up the

He used intimidation tactics to try to cover up the deception that occurred when I bought a Bentley. He was sarcastic, egotistical, and he physically put his hands on me telling me to pray while he held my hands. I felt so much fear, confusion and anxiety. At that point I did what he said and as soon as he let my hands go I got out of there. I am in my 60’s and have been an avid collector of vintage and classic cars. This experience just makes me feel sick. I have never had a man try to intimidate an elder as well as having someone put his hands on me. NEVER WORK WITH THIS MAN. He is a predator.

Excellent service, excellent selection and very fair

Excellent service, excellent selection and very fair pricing. I came from out of town to purchase (which can be a gamble) and the car was even better than represented on the website. Greg took care of all my needs. I couldn’t be happier and I will be back.

Incredibly easy and stress-free process.

Incredibly easy and stress-free process. Greg and Pavel were exceptional. Most of my process was online (I live 2.5 hours away). A handful of phone conversations. By the time I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and handed the keys. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Considering my circumstances; my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was in a parking lot where the car beside my truck caught fire entirely, thus catching my truck on fire. It was totaled and without warning I was shoved into the market for a new vehicle. My situation was handled with consideration and professionalism. Thank you Toy Barn!
