Where do I begin- my family was a long time fan of Toy

Where do I begin- my family was a long time fan of Toy Barn. My first purchase from them a couple years ago was exceptional. We've attended multiple events of Toy Barns and always recommended them. Fast forward to today and it's not the same dealership it was years ago. Dealership has lacked any communication when it comes to title and trade-in loan payoff. 11/23 will be 40 days - which Ohio requires dealership to send title. I have received mixed answers - all of them being lies from "previous loan has been paid off" to "pay off is processing" to "Loan will be paid in 24 hours." All within a couple days. Please save your hard earned money and take your business else where! I have heard dealership is going BANKRUPT - which I didn't believe until I've read the multiple reviews of others having the same issue.

I just purchased my 3rd car a Porche Macan Eduardo

I just purchased my 3rd car a Porche Macan Eduardo Duran! I can’t say enough how great he is and Zac in Finance and Joel in service. I will only buy my cars from Toy Barn and from Eduardo. It was such a great experience and I trust him. And the team. I cannot say enough about this team!

Just bought my third Corvette for my collection from the Toy Barn. My sales person was Britney Black. She did an incredible job and everything she told me was exactly what the car was. We were very pleased with our experience.

Tried to play me for a fool

We agreed on a lower price. I sent my info over and they realized I was young and they tried to give me a crazy high interest rate when I had already been approved at a rate half of what they tried to get me to pay. then when I rightly decided not to finance through them I was told the price of the car went back up and that they are unable to give me a discount if I do not finance with them. They have a right to do this but it doesn’t make it any less scummy. It’s a shame because they have a nice selection of cars but with tactics like that it is hard to trust them. If I were you I would look elsewhere for your car buying needs.

Amazing car - 2018 Mercedes C63S AMG - poor dealership

Amazing car - 2018 Mercedes C63S AMG - poor dealership experience. I really want to give a good review to the Toy Barn but my sales experience was not good and the communication was horrible. The Mercedes I purchased from them is amazing and am very happy with the purchase. Throughout the process I was unable to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner to finish the deal. Each time I would call to follow up, I would either be put through to a voicemail that was full or not working with no call back or I felt like I was bothering the sales person when I finally got through. At the end of the deal, I was supposed to get a new center cap that was missing when I purchased the vehicle and a key. It took over 6 weeks to finally get the cap. When I finally got through to the parts department after several weeks to check in on the order, the request to order the part hadnt even been put through by sales. Sales told me it had been ordered already weeks before. The parts group was great to deal with! In addition to that, was told to order a key through Mercedes and the sales person would pay for it. Got a quote from the dealer, sent the information over with invoice number so it could be paid and I can setup an appointment to have the key created and still haven't heard anything from sales. Checked with Mercedes and they received no call thus far. This time, over 3 months later. I really want to like this dealer but the way they dont call anyone back after repeated calls, live chat requests for someone to contact and voice mails left, is not the way to do business. Especially when you say on your website that you like doing business with out of town people for cars that are expensive! I would recommend this dealer for the inventory of cars but caution anyone on Sales for out of town people and communication is poor. Update: Received a call from Greg, he was very apologetic and helped me order a key via their parts department and my local Mercedes Dealer. He did a great job keeping me updated and the process was smooth. Appreciate you working to fix a not ideal situation!

What a great experience !

What a great experience ! I just purchased a 2009 C6 Z06 from Brittany . This was a sight unseen purchase, that I heavily relied on Brittany to help with a thorough description of the car, and it’s condition . I was sent a ton of high quality close up photos , video , service multi point inspection form etc . The car arrived in BETTER condition than I had even hoped for . I would highly recommend Brittany and Toy Barn for a quality car. I would also like to extend a thank you to Shawn and Simon. I really appreciate it ! I will absolutely be a customer in the future.

I *really* wanted to like this dealership, but after 6

I *really* wanted to like this dealership, but after 6 weeks of ghosting, broken commitments, and missed deadlines, the only reason I'm giving this dealer 2 stars is because the car I purchased was exactly as described, and in near-perfect shape. I finally had to escalate to dealer management to get my title, which was "in process" for 6-8 weeks. They have still not come through with reimbursement for parts I had to purchase to try to fix issues that were supposed to be resolved before shipment. Aug 31 update - after numerous promises from the dealer over the past couple of months, reimbursement has still not been received. Rating has been adjusted as a result. Dec update - reimbursement was finally received, after several escalations with dealer management. Rating adjusted back accordingly.

Not only did I find my dream car, Greg at the Toy Barn stayed in touch after I got the car home to ensure everything was good. Had my title in no time. I could not be happier!
