Throughout the entire experience at the Toy Barn, you can tell they go every extra mile to provide the best possible quality service. The car I bought was great quality, extremely well taken care of, and a fair price.

Bought a 06 Chevy corvette on line was told vehicle had been serviced and was in great shape only had 27 k miles on it so felt comfortable with that when was delivered was told belt was squeaking and needed to be tightened Went to mechanic after 3 thousand dollars car is now in shape it should have been when delivered and now car is in shop again obviously was never gone through as told by salesman Stay away from this dealer

As we waited for this car to come from California. Pavel kept us up to date on everything even if he was not working that day. It was the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle.

They had the Ferrari I wanted. The sales associate, Brittany, was professional and courteous. The car was priced lower than their competitors and after meeting with the sales manager and the owner, I decided to buy the car right away. They worked with my bank as I worked out some details and they were very patient with me. (That means much to me.) After I paid for the car, the sales associate who sold me actually drove the car with a follower for a two hour trip to hand deliver it to me. That is spectacular service. I recommend both the Toy Barn and Sales Associate, Brittany to anyone looking for an exotic car.

Where do I begin- my family was a long time fan of Toy Barn. My first purchase from them a couple years ago was exceptional. We've attended multiple events of Toy Barns and always recommended them. Fast forward to today and it's not the same dealership it was years ago. Dealership has lacked any communication when it comes to title and trade-in loan payoff. 11/23 will be 40 days - which Ohio requires dealership to send title. I have received mixed answers - all of them being lies from "previous loan has been paid off" to "pay off is processing" to "Loan will be paid in 24 hours." All within a couple days. Please save your hard earned money and take your business else where! I have heard dealership is going BANKRUPT - which I didn't believe until I've read the multiple reviews of others having the same issue.
