Good Vehicle Selection
I went to Tidwell Ford because of the large selection of Explorers. My salesman worked with me while I test drove 5-6 vehicles. The workers I encountered were nice. I drove away in my vehicle very satisfied.

Rim replacment
Bought a new F 150 from the Jim Tidwell dealership in Kennesaw. That was a good experience. A few months after I noticed that on 2 of the time the chrome was starting to come off. When I was there for an oil change I talked to one of the service writers about it he told some pictures and told me he would get back to me. He never got back to me. I called the dealership and talk to the service department again. This time they got authorization from Ford to replace the rims. Took a month to order the rims. Finally got the rims replaced today. It only took 3.5 hours. Part of the issue was they had to go buy some valve stems because they didn't have any even though I was a scheduled service. But the best part is I now have 2 tires with nitrogen in them and 2 with just air. Only took 6 months to get it done. Way to go Jim Tidwell

Oil Change Repairs
Came in for an oil change and found out I had a lot more issues going on but Justin C took such good care of me and got everything fixed and working in a timely manner! He’s always super helpful when I come in, last time I had Candace Waterman and she’s just as great! Best advisors ever!!

went thru express oil change and tire rotation, very expedient service. Service adviser was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely go back to this dealership again for service.

Recall and 60 Thousand mile service
horrible communication and overcharged for visit. Will not return to this dealership as the overall service quite substandard, unorganized and definitely felt under appreciated as a customer
