Basic service and maintenance

This is the second truck I’ve taken here and they always do great work and are very friendly and professional. They even found some warranty work that needed to be fixed and did it in a timely manner.

I had a very good experience with Jim Tidwell Ford. They diagnosed the check engine light on my 2016 Diesel and fixed it still under warranty. The Diesel mechanics were backed up a few days but all in all it was a good experience.

This is where I bought the car, I service here. It took longer than expected but was fine. Good personal attention. Shuttle is great if you can use it.

Oil Change

It has been about a year since I last visited this dealership for routine maintenance. In the past, the service department was extremely slow and the customer service was poor. However, new management has come onboard since my last visit and they have really turned the place around. I was very pleased with the timely service and exceptional customer service I received during my visit. I decided to give the dealership a second chance and it paid off.
