Regular Maintanance on truck

Elizabeth was Very professional in all aspects of the process. She kept me informed with updates as necessary. And went over the necessary paperwork when the service was completed.

Made an appointment a week in advance to get 2 rec

My service advisor was great and the quality of work was good did not like the fact that I set up an appointment for two recalls and was only able to have one done and the appointment was for both recalls and the appointment was set up a week in advance and the reason that the second recall could not be done is because it was a four hour recall, I dropped my truck off at 10 am and it was their all day, if the parts are not available when the appointment is made can’t they be ordered and ready for when the customer arrives for the appointment

Daniel R took extraordinary efforts to obtain my requested price which I thought was unobtainable. He researched every possible rebate and business bonus cash offer available. From my perspective he went above and beyond in delivering on what he said he could deliver. Then he handed me over the Anna L who got me out the door with minimal delay and a professionalism I will never forget! My thanks to the two of them for making my experience fantastical fun

The service was quick and easy I had an oil change and tire rotation Candace handled everything and explained the process since it was my first visit

I've been coming to this dealer for 17 years. They have Excellent customer service. The facilities are very clean. The advisor was very respectful and listened to the concerns I had. Very responsive and great communication. When something in their service goes wrong they are always ready to make it right.

THEY RUINED MY SHELBY GT350!!!!I took my 2018 Shelby...

THEY RUINED MY SHELBY GT350!!!! I took my 2018 Shelby GT350 for a new AC compressor. They fixed it then found out there was a clutch and a oil leak issue they fixed that. After 45 days. I drove the car home now I get a " see the manual light" and the transmission kicking in and out. Keep in mind I went in for a ac compressor now I have transmission problems. Took it back they had it for 2 more days they then told me they Broke the oil dip stick and broke the clutch sensor on the pedals when fixing my car. And that this was causing the see manual light and the car fail to start up.(keep in mind they broke it, the car came fine with no broken parts) After they replaced what they broke the car still had the same see manual light problem. Now my car doesn't start up until the 10th time of pressing the button. They have completely ruined the Drive quality and probably ruined my vehicle transmission. Went here for a simple problem now I have to go to another ford dealership for another month or so to fix the issues they broke. Spoke with the following managers Michael Colletti Service Director Jeremy Craig Service Manager Jeremy Smith General Manager All of these managers have done nothing but wasted my time and ruined my car and my experience as a Ford consumer. Called the GM and instead of a solution and explanation of why his TECHs where breaking every part in my $65,689 Shelby GT350 while messing up the transmission and wasting 45 days of my time. He told me to go to another dealership because it's under warranty. So everyone PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALER SHIP!!!!! I've wasted 300 on gas and 5 days of work dealing with these unprofessional individuals who instead of finding solutions caused problems for my car and caused me personal stress. They never answer the phone and when they do they give you the round around. General Manager did nothing for me to fix my issue. Remember they took 45 DAYS!!!! And now My car is worst than ever with only 9k miles 2018 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350. Honestly I'm scared to see what else they have broken. I should of just taken the ac compressor out my self and thrown it away. Waste of time and I hope they read this review. To hopefully give future customers better service. They have treated me and my vehicle horrible. Absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional and giving me an unsafe vehicle!!!!!
