Bought a beautiful 2009 Mustang GT
Did most of the purchase via phone and email. I drove in from Kansas City,MO to buy this car. It exceeded my expectations, as did the dealership. My sales person was Oscar, and he was great!

Best Car buying experience ever
I bought a new 2019 Ford F150 King Ranch from this dealership and it was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. It all started with Anna Long the sales person that reached out to me when I contacted the dealership. She was absolutely the best at keeping everything clear so that I could make an educated decision on all the numbers. She continue to keep me informed on where we were in reference to price and payments. She also got Clint involved and together got a great deal on my King Ranch. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Clint and then Anna and within minutes we were in the finance office with Cody and he laid out everything so that we knew exactly what the payments were just like they said. I could go on and on about what a great deal we got and about the friends we made at Jim Tidwell Ford but don't take my word for it. Oil Change and Tire Rotation
I was in the area for my new job (I live 2 hours away) and was past due for an oil change. Made my reservation online and noticed that their regular price for “The Works” was cheaper than what I am accustomed to paying at other dealerships. My advisor, Elizabeth, made it even cheaper by giving me a coupon! Elizabeth was great and the facility is nice! I also like how they provide you with other suggested maintenance via a text/email online link as opposed to a high pressure sales pitch. I hope to be in the area when my next oil change is due! I will be back!

Service Dept
Benji Jones was great BUT when I brought My car over for 4new tires and a valve replacement on Thur they needed more time for repairs. So I dropped it off at 7:30 on Fri with a promise it would done by the end of day. At 6:00 I called them and got transferred to Benji (who was caring and embarrassed). Then he told me that he wasn't sure what happened but the repairs but were not finished He would work on having it ready by Sat at 12. There was a shuttle to pick me up but would be an hour so I used Uber. Basically lost my car for 2 days $30 Uber fees $1500 service fees. Just know what you are getting into up front!!!
