Service Department
Customer service was not great. Employees passed me or stared at me while I was waiting for someone to help me. The Service department didn’t get my car done in the time they told me it would be done by.

Always very nice but I did have a couple problems.
They are very nice people. The problem is, I asked for the 20k mile service and I also specifically asked for my driver side rear tire to be check because it was leaking. They said they couldn't find a leak and the next morning my tire was low again. Also, after my car was serviced, my remote start wouldn't work. Everything else was excellent though and I will be going back.

Poor Services Is Their Game
Nightmare from start. I drop off car for 10am appointment to determine whats wrong with car. After calling no less than 6 times at 5:30pm still no info on car. Gave up called service manager, Jeremy Craig, who of course did not respond and I left voicemail. Finally at 6pm I get a text that its a $1800 repair that will take 4days to order parts. I can't even blame my service rep because this place is like walmart 7 stations but only 2 people working them 5 people waiting. Fast forward car not ready day I was told it would be. Costing me 2days more of rental. I go to pick up car and I'm waiting 20 minutes and counting only to now here they can't find my car key and my paperwork is NOT done. So now 29min I've paid my $1800 but no car because no 1 seems to know where my keys are. Meanwhile the 3 customers in front comment on the lack of staff and how ridiculous it is to have 2-3 people working on a Friday. One is highly animated because his bill is $100 over the quoted price just a few hours ago. He said it best.."this place is a sh** show" I think the staff that actually works are NOT the problem thet absolutely can not handle this type of volume if 1/2 the staff is off. Its ridiculous and they catch xxxx from irrate customers. I will never EVER EVER bring my vehicle here again. Its so sad. By the way 48 minutes and counting and they're still looking for keys!🤦🏽♀️ 53 minutes after pulling in to pick up my vehicle that they have had two days longer than they said they would I get my car and then condition of the car is dirtier than when I left it I don't know who has been in this vehicle and left not only or oil stains and fingerprints everywhere but dirt and Pebbles on the floor. Hear me very clearly do not drink your vehicles to this location unless you just don't care because they definitely do not. And I want to say again that's a staff the service guys the Reps or whatever they're called at the front they try their hardest and I am in no fault blaming them this fault rests on management.

I purchased my '17 Expidition here. The salesman was awesome. Got the service contract and take the car for scheduled maintenance as well as wear item service. Service customer desk is always professional. Candace was my person today and she explained everything and researched tires for my upcoming visit. I was in and out in 1 hour and that means a lot to me. Thank you Tidwell Ford. My experience was very pleasant.

New Purchase
I’m leaving a five star review for the sales representative that helped me with my purchase, she was great. Overall the experience was not a great one. Delivery of the vehicle was delayed, there was no temp tag, and the vehicle was stuck in “transport mode”.

Dead Battery and Oil Change
Had my car towed to Jim Tidwell Ford and they called me right away to begin repairs. Replaced dead battery, oil change and recommended a few other services my car needed. Same day service was done at reasonable rates. Everyone was very courteous. I will be back.
