Took a bit long, but service was great 👍🏾
The customer service I received during my latest visit was excellent! Staff was very friendly. I just wish my service was a bit quicker; I waited 90 mins for an oil change and I had an appointment. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Oil change
I had an appointment for oil change and wait was still almost two hours, this coming off my last appointment to replace my battery which took 4 hours! (Was informed about 90 mins in they did t have my battery in stock) they did offer to shuttle me to get something to eat but 4 hours of my day was unreasonable. I only keep coming back because it’s the closest Ford Dealer to me

Service in Flex
My Flex was in the shop for 2 weeks to have the rear door open sensor and faulty wiper fluid line repaired. I think Ryan did a great job facilitating the repairs and communication on why it was taking so long. After picking up my car, I discovered it was infested with ants. I gave a low rating due to the time it took to get this repaired and the amy infestation.

Service department
Took my mustang in for maintenance this past weekend and Jim Tidwell made the process very easy. They were very professional, kind and my car was in and out in less than 2 hours. I will continue to take my car to the dealership for future repairs and service.

Water pump replacement
I took my car in for recall services and a leak a couple of weeks ago. When I first got there, no one greeted me. I assumed that maybe I should switch lanes and so I did and still no one approached my car. I guess a lady FINALLY realized I had been out there for a while and came over. She was very nice. I ended up with a guy name Benji. I was a little nervous because my boyfriend had brought my car once before and received poor service. He really didn’t want me to come back, but I only like to get service with the manufacturer of my car. Benji was great! The leak turned out to be the water pump and it was going to cost me a fortune. I am a school teacher with a toddler, so needless to say I can’t afford much at all. Benji really looked out for me. I got the service done (it still cost me a fortune) and got my car back in one piece. I have more things that need to be done and I will be sending my boyfriend to see Benji. At least with Benji I know he will be treated respectfully. The only thing I would recommend is to work with staff and train them to be more proactive in greeting customers in the drop off area. Benji could show them!!

False advertising
Prices listed online are misleading. Came out 5000 bucks more than price listed for quote on vehicle. Figured it might be 500 more plus some taxes maybe, but they hit me with a 800 dollar “dealer fee” and 2 other nonsense charges. I get they have to make a buck but they do NOT have to be misleading and dishonest. Sweet people, but the way they do business is not sweet.

Took over two hours for an oil change
Too long for oil change no one knows what is going on oil changes shouldn’t take over 2 or more hours very disappointed in the service quality

No customer service
Went in for an oil change, drive my car up and got out and not one person looked up from their computer (3 of them sitting at their desks). After a couple of minutes someone looked up and asked if I needed help, we’ll obviously yes, he asked someone else to help me who just looked annoyed by it. First time here, and was shocked by the lack of service.

First visit for a diesel no-start issue. They got to it in one day and did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts or service. Very happy customer.
