Used Car Purchase

I recently bought a used CPO vehicle from AutoNation Ford Katy. The service was unparalleled. They bent over backwards to make sure that all of my needs were met and concerns addressed. When we had a change in schedule, they were willing and able to accommodate. They picked me up from the airport and let me have an extensive test drive. I would definitely do business with them again.

great salesman and great buy

In contrast to typical hasle expected when buying new car, the purchase of my new focus se was great experince and pleasure in any posinle way. Jesse was honest person, trying to meer all requsts from my side. The whole process was done in shortest possible time.

Good salesman / vehicle not so

Salesman Jason was a good person to deal with. Saw an ad on Internet and went in with expectations on paying that price. They Tried to add on for wheel locks and tint. I Refused to pay extra for that so they honored the internet price. My only issues was the fact they ran my credit more than once. I specifically told them I didn't want it ran more than once. I'm guessing the vehicle doesn't get fully checked out before going up for sale. After one week of having the vehicle I had to replace both front wheel bearing hubs and brakes. Still need more work on it. Not happy...

Ask for Roy!!

The whole experience at this autonation was awesome. I'm still smiling about the great deal that I got on my certified pre-owned 2013 Ford Edge! I love the car! Roy my salesman was so fun to work with too! He was hilarious, yet offered a no-nonsense approach to buying a car. He was very easy to communicate with and had a "I got your back" attitude. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Also the warranties here are second to none! They are so inexpensive and have great coverge! I'm even covered if I get a scratch on my paint or damage one of my wheels, no other warranty offers this! Lastly they were able to match the APR I was qualified for at my credit union, talk about easy!
