On Seeptember 2, 2014 I took delivery of my new 2015 GLK 350. Jeffrey Stampler was a consumate professional and it was a total pleasure dealing withg him. He was informative and knowledgeable and extremely personable. Adam Arwas likewise was wonderful to deal with. Kudos to Douglas Callahan for hiring these two great gentleman. We also leased a VW from Bayside Volkwagen (our 3rd) and dealing with Angelo Alexiadis and Emil was also a wonderful experience.

He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he sells, while being polite and courteous. He never makes you feel pressured. If he can not find the exact vehicle you want within a few days, he'll order if form the factory. He never tries to push what they have on the lot. That's why I keep coming back to Helms and Mike.
