Great job locating my dream Porsche

I was on their lot looking for a red Macan but didn’t see any. They only had a few cars. I went inside and was immediately greeted. We sat down and talked about the (my) ideal Porsche Macan GTS. Troy said we don’t currently have one but I can try locations one for you? He did a locate on the spot. Found only 5 in the nation that matched. To make my story short he was able to get one all the way from Arizona for me. About 1 week later it’s in my garage! It’s awesome and they are awesome. Whoo hoo.

Pre-Owned Pilot

Great Customer Service

My previous car died in the extreme cold weather and I was need of a replacement car ASAP. Justine was extremely helpful in showing me a 2010 Ford Escape. She was able to answer all of our questions and made it a positive experience. Even after mentioning we’d like to think it over and look at other places, she wasn’t pushy at all. Damien and Justine made us feel really comfortable and available if there were more questions we had. Jim Horst made the paperwork process go by quickly and explained what all the paperwork was for. After signing all the papers, Justine sat with me for a bit to explain certain functions of the car and even helped set up my sync. Overall the whole process was so easy and I left having a great reliable car and know if i ever need another one, or know someone who does, I’ll be going to Napleton.

I gave my rating because JR Henry the sales associate, service was prompt, respectable, and detailed, he gave me the information i needed about the truck, As well as went an made sure the vehicle was delivered to napleton for me on the day he promised. I want to say i also appreciate Mr. Judd for explaining to me the breakdown of my finance charges on the vehicle, he did a very good detailed breakdown for me.

Bought a use car
