Hard Work and Excellence

My husband and I have had nothing less than an amazing experience with Napleton Autowerks. We have purchased two cars within the last year, with help from Sales Associate Justine Brugger. Justine shows excellence in her work ethic and goes above and beyond for anyone who steps through the doors at Napleton. Justine made the car buying experience stress free and was upfront with all the information we needed to know before purchasing our cars. My husband and I were unsure on what kind of car we could purchase in our price range. Justine was very patient and took the time to layout all of the details and answer all of our questions. We also worked with Financier James Horst. James also went above and beyond. As new car owners, we had a lot of questions regarding the finances on our new car. James sat with us till all of our questions were answered and explained. Justine and James are true examples of what hard work and excellence should look like. Napleton Autowerks should be proud to have them as part of the team!

Justine... you nailed it!!!

It was once said, the art of selling is having a gift of gab. However, in today's marketplace the true art of selling is having the ability to listen. With many questions and the few details I was able to convey you capture my hearts desires and presented me with the vehicle of my dreams. Not only was I awe stricken with the vehicle you presented, but very pleased with your knowledge and level of professionalism you demonstrated. You and the Mapleton team are the best! Again... Love the Suby!

We found Justine back in 2011 when we bought our 1st Subaru. We have not looked for new vehicles elsewhere since. We are now on Suby #4, and as long as we can deal with Justine, we will come back for her personal and fantastic help, always!

Service was great!

I brought my car in for an oil change and leak. I was in and out very quick. Tina Ward was very efficient with me and was just all around helpful. I will be coming back again and spreading the word. :)

Life changes, so does my auto needs..........

My family has been buying cars from Napleton for years. I have two vehicles currently from them that I needed to slim down to one full size truck for work. This store was not a truck dealer but went out and found a truck matching all my needs and put a deal together . This is a one stop shopping place. Brian and Gary did a great job and so did my salesperson Justine.

Great Service!

Brought in my vehicle for just general maintenance, Tina had me in and out very quickly. Her personality made the experience so great. AMAZING customer service. Not too pricey. Friendliness was through the roof as always. Can't thank the service department enough for always helping me out. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Best service I have ever recieved.

Bought my car here 3 years ago and anytime I need work done they get me right in. Tina Ward and Mike Palumbo do an excellent job! Tina Ward was super kind and has a beautiful welcoming smile. :) Mike Palumbo has a lot of knowledge on my car and I trust him to make sure my car is reliable. They make sure all my car needs are met. I have never met such nice people. They are quick, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
