Perfect

It was an car buying experience the way it should be. Our sale associate, Justine Brugger, listened to us, understood us, answered all of our questions in a straightforward manner and was patient with us. She was always prepared for us during the process as we made several trips before deciding. Since we ordered our XT5, she guided us through all of the options. We were kept informed of the status of our XT5 all the way through the process. The closing of the deal went smoothly, the final numbers were better than expected and we felt great when it was all over. Justine did a great job of going through the vehicle when we picked it up. All in all a perfect experience.

Sales rep was awesome

They were very helpful in helping me find the right car that I was looking for. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I get a free car wash every week for a year, Woohoo!

Hard Work and Excellence

My husband and I have had nothing less than an amazing experience with Napleton Autowerks. We have purchased two cars within the last year, with help from Sales Associate Justine Brugger. Justine shows excellence in her work ethic and goes above and beyond for anyone who steps through the doors at Napleton. Justine made the car buying experience stress free and was upfront with all the information we needed to know before purchasing our cars. My husband and I were unsure on what kind of car we could purchase in our price range. Justine was very patient and took the time to layout all of the details and answer all of our questions. We also worked with Financier James Horst. James also went above and beyond. As new car owners, we had a lot of questions regarding the finances on our new car. James sat with us till all of our questions were answered and explained. Justine and James are true examples of what hard work and excellence should look like. Napleton Autowerks should be proud to have them as part of the team!

It was once said, the art of selling is having a gift of gab. However, in today's marketplace the true art of selling is having the ability to listen. With many questions and the few details I was able to convey you capture my hearts desires and presented me with the vehicle of my dreams. Love the Suby!

We found Justine back in 2011 when we bought our 1st Subaru. We have not looked for new vehicles elsewhere since. We are now on Suby #4, and as long as we can deal with Justine, we will come back for her personal and fantastic help, always!

Service was great!

I brought my car in for an oil change and leak. I was in and out very quick. Tina Ward was very efficient with me and was just all around helpful. I will be coming back again and spreading the word. :)
