Outstanding customer service!

Nick Ciconte was the associate that helped me. I will never go to another dealership after my experience today. Every person I met was so helpful, kind, and seemed to genuinely want to help me. They were very laid back and not pushy at all. I cannot stress how great of an experience this was.

Tim was an honest, straight up, patient, timely, attentive.

It was a pleasure to work with Tim at Napleton. He was honest, straight up, thorough, timely, patient and attentive. He listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to make it possible. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I will recommend Tim, Napleton and Subaru to anyone that will listen.

The best

I can't say enough about our all around experience! We saw the car driving by on Saturday and drove it home on Monday. We had excellent service from start to finish with every person we dealt with. I would definately return for any purchases in the future and will be singing praises to anyone who will listen!!

Great Customer Service!

I called over to Napleton Subaru to ask about a call in their inventory. I got a good price over the phone and stopped by later the same day and completed all paperwork and drove off with my car. Michael Price was our salesman and he made everything very easy and was very straightforward.

Stress free fair deal with a wonderful group of people

I'd been looking to buy a new/used Rav4 but had certain criteria to meet. Over the last 3 months there have been a few that came close but not 100% of my wants were met. Then I spotted the one in Elgin where I'd purchased my Prius in 2015. After calling to be sure the car was still available (which they confirmed) we arrived to the dealership within the hour only to find the the car was sold. Then began the high pressure "what can we do to earn your business" speech. By the way this is the second time I've had this happen at the same dealership. My husband also had this happen to him a few months back at another dealership in Hoffman Estates on a Ford he wanted to buy. The dealership was very busy and I heard one of the managers yelling at the salesmen. It was chaotic in there (it was a Saturday afternoon so I get that it may be busier) and the manager then told us we could have any of the 2018 Rav 4's for one special price. I explained exactly what I was looking for and they didn't have it. We ended up taking a 2018 for a test drive and got out of there really fast. I swear I needed a drink or a xanex to calm down after being in that place. Now coming to your Rockford dealership my husband and I were ready to be in a similar crazy environment and would need to negotiate hard for a deal. We had gone on KBB to get a trade in value for the Prius and after seeing the prices and options of the Rav4 we knew what was a fair price for the cars. What a totally refreshing experience we had. I kept waiting for the hard sell but Mike Price our sales guy provided us an extremely fair deal. He was kind and attentive. Gary the manager was relaxed and professional. Jim in finance was efficient and pleasant. My husband and I both kept waiting for the high pressure chaos to start......it never did. I'd say the Napleton dealerships have created a professional and comfortable environment for both its customers and associates. I would highly recommend the Rockford dealership to friends. Although we live in West Dundee we'd gladly drive the extra miles to have this experience again. Oh and before I forget to mention, the experience started with the great service from Desire who was my initial contact with your dealership. Thank you all for your help. I love my new/used Rav4. Professional in every way

Napletons and Nick Ciconey treated us like we mattered. They took the time to answer any and all questions without hesitation. We walked away feeling that we had a good understanding of how to operate the new vehicle with all the new features. Thank you Nick for taking the extra time it took to explain things to my 83 year old mother. This was the most hassle free buying experience I’ve ever had while purchasing a car. Thank you Napletons for a pleasurable atmosphere and experience. We will definitely use you again.
