Excellent customer support.

My salesman was Matt Vincent and he was great. Answered all my questions without pressuring me to make a decision until I was ready. He was friendly and knowledgable and helped coordinate the process from start to finish. Since leasing the car he has been very helpful as questions have arisen. The dealership has a great service department and the weekly car wash is very nice for keeping the car looking new.

Smooth sailing

Purchased my first ever Subaru last November from nick, it was a forester. Loved my Subaru, the deal that was made and the service I received since then. I purchased an ascent today again with the deal I wanted and I know I will receive the same great service! Nick Ciconte, Todd Tift and James Horst were courteous and worked hard to earn my business. So happy to have the team at napleton behind us! Thank you all so much I love my ascent already!

As stress-free as car buying should be.

I can't say enough good things about Napleton. J.R. made the process as enjoyable and worry-free as he possibly could. He said he saw me in the car I bought, and he was going to do what he could to put me in it. A man of his word; i drove home in exactly what I wanted. NOT only did I get a good deal, but I now have the Peace of Mind of a new vehicle. Everything from offering us coffee/water when we first walked in, to helping me setup the Bluetooth after all the paperwork was already signed.. J.R. made the process as simple as he possibly could. I felt as if he genuinely cared about me and my purchase, rather than just the commission. The finance department was also wonderful. They were able to get me down to the car payment that I wanted, all while making sure I was comfortable with my decision. Going into a day of car shopping today was not a joyous occasion. However, Napleton made the whole process as easy on me as I feel that they could have. I will recommend them to any friends or family I know that are buying a vehicle in the future. Hands down, I really can't say enough nice things!

great service

it was an absolute pleasure working with Troy. He kept me updated regarding the progress of my vehicle (was custom ordered). He made the process very pleasant. I hope to see him in about 3 yrs (when my next porsche will be due)

Best Salesman ever!

This was our second time dealing with Nick and Napleton Automotive. We purchased a Subaru Legacy a few months ago and when my mom needed a new vehicle after hers being totaled in a car accident, we went back. Both experiences were great! Nick is very professional and makes you feel comfortable with him and with the dealership itself. We would use him again the next time we’re looking for a vehicle!

Our Platinum Escalade is here!!!!

We are so happy with our brand new platinum Escalade!! Thanks to JR and Demian from Napletons Cadillac who made it happen! They have been awesome through the entire process and made sure we were happy with every little detail of our new car :) Oh and Charles thanks for making the whole lease process sooo simple!

Good experience will come back. Nice facility. Good amount of used cars. All salesman where cordial. Easy to deal with. Car was cleaned and gased up before we left

Out Of State Buyer

I recently purchased a 2016 Camaro SS from this dealer. My purchase was site unseen as I found this car online. I was somewhat anxious about making this kind of a purchase. My salesman, Casey Dinger and the Sales Manager Gary Judd were both top notch and were able to answer any and all of my MANY questions. They were both very honest with their descriptions. I had the car shipped home and am very pleased with the purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

long time customer

i have been a long time client of Napletons. bought many cars and have always had my vehicle serviced there. mike p and chad h. have always been great! how ever now they have a very nice new guy I believe his name was Jeremiah. he seems to be a very nice addition to the napleton group. I hope they continue to impress me every time I come in for service
